[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] The present invention is a document binder, and more specifically, it is impossible to replace the documents after they are bound by the binder, and the binder after binding the documents. The present invention relates to a document binder useful for binding important documents, etc., which can be marked with a seal between the documents.

Conventionally, staplers using metal needles have been widely used for binding documents and the like. Furthermore, for some documents, it is inappropriate to use metal needles, so Japanese paper is used to twist the paper. Furthermore, a document binding tool is known in which a binding string made of narrow flexible plastic band is passed through a punch hole in the document and folded over the surface of the document. (Utility Model Publication No. 52-53019) [Problems to be solved by the invention] With the stapler using metal needles as mentioned above, the binding part is bulky, and when several documents are stapled and placed one after another, the problem is one-sided. It is bulky and has a shape that is inconvenient for organizing documents both when placing documents and when filing files.

Additionally, if the nature of the document precludes the use of metal needles, conventionally the documents have been bound with paper twists, but even in this case, only the binding section is bulky, so it is necessary to place the documents in the same manner as above. The shape is inconvenient for organization, whether it is for storage or for filing. Furthermore, the document binding tool disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 52-53019 can be used to bind important documents such as contracts, since it is possible to remove and add documents, and the bound documents can be easily removed. It was not desirable.

As a result of various studies to solve the above-mentioned deficiencies of the conventional technology, the present inventor cut a polyester film with thin Japanese paper pasted on both sides into strips having a wide part and a narrow part. At that time, the narrow part is made to pass through the punch hole of the document, and the document binder is constructed by applying adhesive to the wide part and laminating release paper on the coated surface. Pass through the narrow part, peel off the release paper, and
The present invention was developed after discovering that if documents are folded inward in the order of their width and bound, it is possible to write on the binder where the documents are bound.

In other words, the present invention allows the document to be passed through a punch hole,
In a polyester film document binder that is folded and bound, the shape of the binder is formed by a wide part 1 larger than the diameter of the punch hole 10 and a narrow part 2 smaller than the diameter of the punch hole 10, and Japanese paper 5 is pasted on both sides of the binder. Furthermore, the document binder is constructed by applying an adhesive 4 to one side of the wide portion 1 and laminating a release paper 3 on the surface thereof.

In the document binder of the present invention, as shown in FIG.
After inserting the paper through the wide part 1, remove the release paper 3 from the wide part 1, bend the front part of the narrow part 2 as shown by arrow a, and then bend the wide part 1 as shown by arrow b and press it. As shown, the adhesive 4 applied to the wide portion 1 is adhered to the narrow portion 2 and the surface of the document 9, and the documents are securely bound.

Further, since the tally mark 11 can be stamped between the wide portion 1 and the document 9, it is particularly useful for use with important documents such as contracts.

The document binder of the present invention is composed of a polyester film as a base material and thin Japanese paper adhered to it, so that the bound portion of the documents does not become bulky. Furthermore, since Japanese paper is pasted on the surface of the binder and the wide part of the binder surface exists on the bound surface, it is possible to place a mark between the document binder and the documents, and once the bound documents are bound, they can be easily removed. Because it cannot be used as a binder for important documents such as contracts, it is easy to use and has great utility value.
