Description
【0001】

However, when such a binding string is inserted into and removed from a binding hole such as a file sheet, the corners of the binding string rub against the peripheral edge of the binding hole, and the peripheral edge of the binding hole is cut while repeatedly inserting and inserting. There is a problem that the file paper is damaged. In order to solve such a problem, it is conceivable that the binding string has an overall round cross-sectional shape. When the sheet is inserted into and removed from a binding hole such as paper, the ease of bending the binding string is impaired.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of the above problems, the present invention is a file having a binding string in which the peripheral edge of the binding hole is difficult to cut and can be easily bent in the longitudinal direction when the binding string is inserted into and removed from the binding hole of a file sheet or the like. It was decided to constitute.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
That is, in the file of the present invention, the file paper or the like can be bound by inserting the binding string into the binding hole provided in the file paper or the like, and when the binding string is inserted into the binding hole, Forming a curved portion inflated in a convex shape on the downward surface of the binding string facing the binding side edge of the file paper, etc., and the downward direction on the upward surface facing the anti-binding side edge of the file paper, etc. It is characterized by forming a hollow portion that is recessed toward the surface.
[0006]
In such a case, since the square portion is not formed in the binding string, even if the peripheral edge portion of the binding hole and the binding string rub against each other, the binding hole is difficult to cut, and the file paper or the like is effectively prevented from being damaged. be able to. In particular, when inserting and removing file paper etc. with the file spread on a desk, etc., the curved portion is formed on the downward surface of the binding string that is likely to rub against the peripheral edge of the binding hole. The contact area between the peripheral edge portion and the binding string is increased, the binding hole is more difficult to cut, and the binding string can be smoothly inserted and removed. In addition, since the thinning portion is formed on the upward surface of the binding string, the binding string does not become thick, and the binding string can be easily bent to be easily inserted into and removed from the binding hole.
[0007]
Regardless of the number of file sheets or the like to be bound in such a file, in order to facilitate the insertion and removal of the binding string, the bending portion is moved from the proximal end side to the distal end side of the binding string on the downward surface. It is desirable that the curved surface extends continuously.
In addition, if the contact area between the binding string and the binding hole is small, a concentrated force is applied to the part, so that the peripheral edge of the binding hole is easily cut, but the ease of bending the binding string in the longitudinal direction is maintained. In order to increase the smooth contact area with the peripheral edge of the binding hole and make the binding hole more difficult to cut, the cross-sectional shape of the binding string on the curved surface is preferably substantially semicircular. .
[0008]
Furthermore, in order to make the binding string easy to bend in the longitudinal direction and less bend to the side, and to be able to smoothly insert and remove the binding string, It is effective that the groove extends continuously from the proximal end side to the distal end side at the substantially central portion in the width direction. In particular, in order to make the wall thickness of the binding string uniform in substantially the entire region in the longitudinal direction, and to make it durable and difficult to bend in the lateral direction, the cross-sectional shape of the groove serving as the cutout portion is made of the curved surface. A substantially semicircular shape sharing the center with the cross-sectional shape is desirable.
[0009]
In addition, in order to make it easier to bend the binding string in its longitudinal direction without interfering with the loading / unloading of file paper, etc., a predetermined interval along the longitudinal direction of the binding string is provided on the side edge of the downward surface of the binding string. It is desirable to have a notch. Further, by doing so, the peripheral edge of the binding hole of the bound file paper or the like is caught in the notch, and this notch can be used for preventing the file paper or the like from falling off.
[0010]
In addition, as a specific form of a file in which file paper can be bound only by the extra length of the binding string without using a binding tool for binding the file paper from above, the central portion is the boundary. A cover that can be folded into a flat fold or developed in a plane, and a binding portion for binding file paper or the like is formed on the file binding side surface of the cover. The binding string is arranged at positions facing each other across the section and a guide hole through which the binding string can be inserted, and the binding string is inserted into the binding hole such as a file sheet and the guide hole. For example, the file paper can be bound.
[0011]
In such a file, in order to be able to obtain a reliable binding state of a file sheet or the like with a particularly small number of binding points and to manufacture it at a low material cost, the binding unit is arranged at the center of the cover. The positions on the cover where the binding string and the guide hole are provided are opposite to each other across the central portion at the two binding portions. Is preferred. In particular, by doing so, only one binding string is inserted into one binding hole, so that it is possible to increase the thickness of the binding string to increase strength, Even if file sheets or the like are bound, they can be prevented from dripping.
[0012]
Further, in order to be able to bind file paper etc. more reliably and to make file paper etc. easy to put in and out, a pair of binding stoppers are provided with a binding string and guide holes each at the center of the cover. So that the two binding strings can be inserted through the same binding hole with the file paper or the like sandwiched in the center of the cover so that they cross each other. It is desirable to form a plurality of such a pair of binding portions along the center of the cover.
[0013]
Furthermore, when binding easily fragile items such as a transparent bag used by inserting a document or the like into a file, in order to be able to effectively prevent the bending, the binding portion is provided with the central portion. It is effective to form at least both ends of the cover.

[0032]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is implemented in the form as described above, and has the following effects.
That is, in the file of the present invention, when a binding string is inserted into a binding hole opened in a file sheet or the like and the file sheet or the like is bound, the file sheet is inserted when the binding string is inserted into or extracted from the binding hole. Since the curved portion that is inflated in a convex shape is formed on the downward surface of the binding string facing the edge of the binding side, etc., even if the peripheral edge of the binding hole rubs against the binding string, it will not be damaged. Can be effectively prevented. In addition, since the thinning portion is formed on the upward surface of the binding string, it is possible to prevent the binding string from being thickened as a whole, and to be easily bent when being inserted into and inserted into the binding hole. Therefore, according to the file having such a binding string, the file paper and the like can be taken in and out very smoothly.
[0033]
In particular, when the curved portion is a curved surface formed continuously in the longitudinal direction of the binding string, even when a large number of file sheets are bound, it is possible to smoothly put in and out the file sheets. Further, if the cross-section of the curved surface is substantially semicircular, the contact area between the binding string and the binding hole can be increased, so that it is possible to further improve the prevention of the binding hole from being damaged. is there.
[0034]
Furthermore, when the thinning portion is a groove that is continuous in the longitudinal direction provided in the substantially central portion in the width direction of the binding string, not only can the bending string be easily bent, but it can be used for a long time. It is also possible to construct a file with useful binding strings that are not easily bent or wrinkled. Furthermore, if the cross-sectional shape of the groove is a substantially semi-circular shape that shares the center with the substantially semi-circular cross-sectional shape of the curved surface, the thickness of the binding string becomes substantially uniform, and the binding string has greater strength. Can be granted.
[0035]
Further, if the notches are provided at predetermined intervals along the side edge of the upward surface, it is possible to effectively prevent the file paper from falling out without interfering with the loading / unloading of the file paper.
The file having the above-described configuration includes the binding string as described above that is disposed opposite to the surface of the cover on the file binding side, and a guide hole through which the binding string can be inserted. This is extremely useful when the binding hole is constituted by the guide hole and the file hole is bound by the extra length of the binding string by inserting the binding string through the binding hole and the guide hole. is there. That is, such a file does not require a binding tool or the like for pressing and binding the file paper from above, so the file paper is not folded and the file paper is easily and reliably bound with a small number of parts. This is because it can be included.
[0036]
Particularly in such a file, the binding portions are provided at two locations along the central portion of the cover, and the positions where the binding strings and the guide holes are provided are opposite to each other with the central portion interposed therebetween. If it is, the file paper or the like can be securely bound with very few binding locations. Further, in this case, it is possible to make the binding string relatively thick while keeping the material cost low and to give strength to the binding string so that even if a large number of file sheets or the like are bound, they are unlikely to sag. .
[0037]
In a file in which a pair of binding portions are formed so as to face each other across the central portion, and a plurality of such a pair of binding portions are provided along the central portion, Since a pair of binding strings can be crossed and inserted through a common binding hole at the stop location, it is possible to bind file paper or the like more reliably. Moreover, even if one of the binding strings is pulled out from the binding hole and the guide hole at the opposite position in a state where the file is opened, the binding string is inserted into the binding hole of the file paper or the like on the side where the binding string is provided. In this state, the binding holes for a plurality of file sheets and the like are continuous, and the re-binding operation can be performed very easily.
[0038]
Furthermore, in a file in which binding portions are formed at both ends of the cover in the central portion, a transparent bag body that is easily bent especially at the binding side edge is firmly secured without bending. It is possible to bind.
