本考案は書類の出し入れがきわめて容易にして、かつ機能的に扱える書類用フォルダーに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、仕事上はもとより、生活の中においても書類を保存するのにフォルダーやファイルが用いられている。その中で簡易なフォルダーとして、適度に腰の強さを有する合成樹脂シート板を二つ折した下辺部を溶着した書類用フォルダーがあり、そのフォルダーの表面側のシート板の側辺部に、書類を入れる際に開けたり書類を差し入れたり取り出しやすくするために、半円状にカットした切り取り縁を形成した簡易なフォルダーが提供され日常的に使用されている。

また書類の出し入れが容易に行え、かつ差し入れた書類の脱落を防ぐために、フォルダーの下辺と上辺の二つ折り側半分を溶着した開放側寄りを、一定の深さカットして成る切り欠き部を形成したクリアホルダーの技術もある。（例えば、特許文献１参照。）。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
以上のような簡易なフォルダーがあるが、従来より一般的に広く用いられているフォルダーは、二つ折りした２枚のシート板の表側上部に半円状の切り取り縁を設けたものであるが、切り取り縁の角は丸みがないので、書類を入れる際はそのまま切り取り部より差し入れにくいため、まず指を切り取り縁部に当てがってフォルダーを開いてから書類を差し入れなければならないうえ、左利きの人などの場合は切り取り縁が裏側になるので、書類を出し入れすることはもとより、フォルダーも開けにくいなど左利きの人に配慮したものではないなどの不便や欠点があった。

さらに公知公開される特開２０００−１５９７２号におけるクリアホルダーは、折り曲げた２枚のシート板の下辺はもとより上辺の折り曲げ側半分も溶着して成る、開放側の表シート板の縁部をカットした切り欠き部を設け、その切り欠き部より書類を差し入れたりホルダーを開ける切り欠き部であるが、切り欠き部は矩形でかつ溶着側が角張っているので、書類を切り欠き部より差し入れる際に溶着側の角に当たるために差し入れにくい。また切り欠き部は表側シートに設けられているので右利きの人は差し支えないが、左利きの人には大変使いにくなどの不便があった。

加えて、その他の実施例においては裏側シートの開放側に、折り返すことで書類の脱落を防いだり、見出しとして使える突出部を設けたり、さらに長い突出部を差し入れる切り込み穴を表側のシートに設けたクリアホルダーであるが、ホルダー本体より突き出る突出部や切り込み部の穴を形成することは、コスト高になるなどの欠点が多い技術である。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は上記する以上のような不便や欠点を解消するために成されるものであって、請求項１においては二つ折りした２枚のシート板で成るフォルダーの、表シート板の上辺または側辺いずれかの開放側端部に、一定の深さと長さ円弧状にカットした欠損縁を設け、他方の裏シート板には、前記表シート板の欠損縁より一定の長さ上下または左右にずらして欠損縁を交互に形成して成る出し入れ自在のフォルダーを構成する。

請求項２については、上記した欠損縁の下部位に、一定の間隔と長さのエンボス線を平行して施すことにより、欠損縁の端部が少し広がる隙間を形成することで書類を差し込みやすくしたフォルダーとする。

【考案の実施の形態】
本考案におけるフォルダーの第１の実施の形態を、図１に示すフォルダーを開放した斜視図と図２に示すフォルダーの正面図を参照して説明する。

本実施の形態におけるフォルダー１は、適度な腰の強さを有する合成樹脂シート板を二つ折りした下辺部を溶着部２もって表シート板３と裏シート板４を有するフォルダー１であって、その表シート板３の側部開放側の上部に、緩やかな円弧状にカットして成る欠損縁５を形成し、さらに裏シート板４には、前記表シート板３に設けた欠損縁５より約１０ミリ前後上部にズラして、前記同様の形状にカットした欠損縁５ａを設けて第１の実施の形態による出し入れ自在のフォルダー１を構成する。

第１の実施の形態によるフォルダー１は、表シート板３側辺に設けた欠損縁５より裏シート板４の欠損縁５ａが、前記表シート板３の欠損縁５より約１０ミリ前後上部にズラして形成しているため、それぞれの欠損縁５，５ａ部には交互に表シート板３及び裏シート板４が半分ていど位置し、かつそれぞれの欠損縁５，５ａの角は緩やかな丸みを有するので、書類Ｂを差し入れる際は図２に示すように欠損縁５，５ａ部に書類Ｂの角部を位置して差し込むと、フォルダー１を一々開けることなくスムーズに差し入れられることはもとより、欠損縁５，５ａは表裏同様であるので左利きの人でも右利きの人と同様に差し入れられ、また取り出すのも同じ要領で扱える。

第２の実施の形態を図３に示すフォルダーを開放した状態の斜視図と図４に示す正面図及び図５に示すＢ−Ｂ部の拡大端面図を参照して説明する。

本実施の形態におけるフォルダー１は、前記タイプと異なる部位に欠損縁５，５ａを設けたフォルダー１である。まず表シート板３の上辺右寄りに、右開放側端部まで至る波状の欠損縁５を設け、かつ裏シート板４には、前記表シート板３の欠損縁５より約１０ミリ前後左にズラした波状の欠損縁５ａを左端部まで形成し、さらにその２辺に設けた欠損縁５，５ａの約８〜１０ミリ程度下部には、プレスの押し圧加工によるエンボス線６，６を、前記した欠損縁５，５ａに平行に施したフォルダー１を形成する。加えてその側辺開放側には、リング穴７付き切れ目８を等間隔に表シート板３と裏シート板４に一体に設けて、第２の実施の形態の出し入れ自在のフォルダー１を構成する。

第２の実施の形態によるフォルダー１は、欠損縁５，５ａを上辺に交互に設けるが、表シート板３の欠損縁５は右端部まで、裏シート板４の欠損縁５ａは左端部まで波状に設けられ、かつそれぞれの欠損縁５，５ａの下部に沿ってエンボス線６を施しているので、欠損縁５，５ａは図５に示すように端部が僅かに広がる隙間Ｃを形成するため、書類の差し込みがさらにスピィデーに行える。加えて、フォルダー１の側辺には、リングファイルに掛け留められるリング穴７付き切れ目８を設けているので、リングを開けることなく掛け留め取り外しが行えるフォルダー１である。

第３の実施の形態におけるフォルダー１には、第１及び第２の形態に示したように、フォルダー１の上辺と側辺の２カ所に欠損縁５，５ａを形成しているので、上部や側部いずれからでも書類の差し込みや取り出し、または開放することができる使い勝手のよいフォルダー１となる。

本考案は以上のような書類用の簡易なフォルダー１を形成するが、その構成の主体となる欠損縁５，５ａは、側辺タイプの裏シート板４の欠損縁５ａは表シート板３の欠損縁５に対して上部寄りに、上辺タイプは左寄りにズラして設けているがそれぞれ逆に設けても差し支えない。また第２実施の形態におけるエンボス線６は他の実施例に設けてもよく、その間隔や長さも任意である。さらに、リング穴７付き切れ目８も他の実施の形態に設けてもよいものであり、いずれも特に限定されるものではない。

【考案の効果】
本考案は以上のような書類用のフォルダーを構成するので、従来に比べて次のような特徴や効果を提供するものである。
まず、フォルダーの縁部に設ける欠損縁は角が丸みを有する緩やかな円弧状で、かつ２枚のシート板に設けた欠損縁は互いに左右いずれかにズレているので、書類を差し入れやすいことはもとより、左利き右利きいずれの人でも使いやすいフォルダーを形成する。

さらに第２の実施の形態においては、欠損縁の下部位にプレスによるエンボス線を設けて、その上端はわずかに広がる状態に形成されるので、さらに書類の差し入れが容易になることに加えて、側部の開放側にはリング穴付き切れ目を設けているため、リングファイルのリングを開くことなく掛け留め及び取り外しも可能となるフォルダーである。

また第３の実施例は側辺と上辺の２カ所に欠損縁を設けているので出し入れする方向を選ばないものであり、加えて、いずれのタイプも一枚の合成樹脂シート板を二つ折りしたものを、カット加工やプレス加工することで製造可能であるためコストも安価に提供することができる。
