【従来の技術】
従来のこの種の収容ホルダーは、一般にクリアホルダーと呼ばれており、例えば図７に示すように、合成樹脂製のシートを二つ折りにして、重合する矩形状の第１、第２シート片Ａ・Ｂを設けると共に、両シート片Ａ・Ｂの下端縁を溶着により接続して、両シート片Ａ・Ｂ間に書類等の収容室Ｃを設け、書類等を両シート片Ａ・Ｂの上端縁から側端縁にかけて開口する出入口より収容室Ｃ内に収容するようにしている。（特許文献１参照）

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで以上の収容ホルダーにあっては、例えばバインダー形式のファイリング用金具に綴じることが出来ず、そのため、ファイルへの書類の保管に際しては、収容室Ｃから書類等を取り出して、その書類にパンチにより孔を開けた上で、ファイリング金具に書類を綴じているのが現状であり、全体として書類の保管などに手間がかかるという不具合がある。

また、以上の収容ホルダーでは、収容室Ｃが両シート片Ａ・Ｂの上端縁Ｄ１から側端縁Ｄ２にかけて開口していることから、書類が収容室Ｃから抜け出易く、そのため例えばファイルを持ち歩くに際して、書類を紛失しかねない不具合がある。

以上の不具合に対しては、両シート片Ａ・Ｂの開口している側縁Ｄ２部位も接続して、上端縁Ｄ１のみを開口させることで、書類が収容室Ｃから不用意に抜け出るのを抑制することが出来るが、反面、書類の収容室Ｃへの出し入れが行い難くなる。

本発明は、以上の実情に鑑みて開発したものであって、主たる目的とするところは、しかも書類の保管に際しては、収容室に入れたままで、ファイリング金具に簡単に綴じることが可能な書類等の収容ホルダーを提供するにあり、また更に、収容室への書類の出し入れが簡単に行なえ、それでいながら書類を入れたホルダーを持ち運びするに際して、書類等が収容室から不用意に抜け出るのを抑制することも出来る書類等の収容ホルダーを提供するにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述の目的を達成すべく、請求項１に記載の発明は、重合する矩形状の第１シート片と第２シート片の少なくとも一辺及びその一辺に連続する他の一辺とが接続されて、両シート片間に書類等の収容室が画成されているホルダーにおいて、第１シート片における前記収容室の開口端縁には、この開口端縁に沿って延びる延長片が一体形成されて、この延長片には、ファイリング金具の挿通孔が設けられていることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、本発明にかかる収容ホルダーの一実施形態を説明する。

図１は、本発明にかかる収容ホルダー１の一例を示す斜視図であって、この収容ホルダー１は、基本的には、図４に示すように、可撓性を有する合成樹脂製の透明のシート１０をその幅方向略中央部分で二つ折りにして形成された矩形状の第１シート片２及び第２シート片３とから構成されている。

そして透明シート１０の折り曲げラインＬ１の側辺と直交する下辺Ｌ２に沿って両シート片２・３が、熱溶着により接続され、これら両シート片１・２間に書類等の収容室４が画成されているのであって、この収容室４は、両シート片１・２における上辺Ｌ３及び折り曲げラインＬ１とは反対側に位置する側辺Ｌ４で開口している。

尚、図中２０は、第１シート片２の下片に突設した補強片であって、両シート片２・３の下辺Ｌ２の熱溶着に際して、この補強片２０を折り曲げて、第２シート片３の外面に熱溶着若しくは接着剤により固着している。

また第１シート片２における収容室４の側部側開口端縁、即ち、第１シート片１における前述の折り曲げラインＬ１とは反対側に位置する側辺Ｌ４には、その側片Ｌ４全長にわたって延びる短冊状の延長片５が一体形成され、この延長片５と第１シート片２との境界には、薄肉ヒンジから成るライン状の折り曲げ部５１が形成されて、この折り曲げ部５１を介して延長片５が第２シート片３の外面と重合する方向に折り曲げ可能とされている。

尚、この延長片５の幅は、後記のファイリング金具Ｇとの関係から２０ｍｍ程度とするのが好ましく、これ以上広くすると、保管などに際して場所をとる不具合が生じる。

そしてこの延長片５には、ファイルＦのファイリング金具Ｇが挿通可能な上下一対の挿通孔６が設けられている。

また第２シート片３及び延長片５には、折り曲げた延長片５を第２シート片３に係止するための係止手段としての係止片７と、この係止片７が挿通可能なスリット７０が設けられている。

即ち、図に示す実施形態では、第２シート片３に係止片７を、また延長片５にスリット７０をそれぞれ形成しているのであって、係止片７は、第２シート片３に湾曲状スリット７１を形成して、第２シート片３における前記湾曲状スリット７１で囲まれた部位を係止片７として利用している。

以上の構造からなる収容ホルダー１は、収容室４に書類を入れて、両シート片２・３でその書類を挟むのである。

そして書類を入れた収容ホルダー１を例えばそのまま持ち運びする場合には、図５に示すように、延長片５を折り曲げ部５１を介して折り曲げて、係止片７をスリット７０に挿入することで、収容室４の側部側開口が閉じられ、書類が収容室４の外に不用意に抜け出るような不具合を抑制することが出来る。

一方、書類をファイルＦに保管する場合には、図６に示すように、延長片５に形成した挿通孔６にファイリング金具Ｇを挿通することで、収容ホルダー１と共に書類を簡単にファイリングすることが出来て、従来のようにホルダーの収容室から取り出した書類にパンチにより孔を開けるなどの手間を必要としないし、しかもファイルＦに閉じられる書類が収容ホルダー１毎に整理されてファイルすることも出来る。

以上の実施形態では、収容ホルダー１を透明の合成樹脂製のシート１０から形成したが、これに限定されるものではなく、例えば紙製のシートから形成してもよい。

また以上の実施形態では、この延長片５と第１シート片２との境界に折り曲げ部５１を形成して、この折り曲げ部５１を介して延長片５が第２シート片３の外面と重合する方向に折り曲げ可能としたが、折り曲げ部５１をこれに限定されるものではなく、おりまされている。

また以上の実施形態では、ファイリング金具Ｇの挿通孔６を延長片５に２個形成したが、これに限定されるものではなく、用いるファイルにあわせて、例えば８個形成してもよい。

【発明の効果】
以上のごとく、請求項１に記載の発明によれば、重合する矩形状の第１シート片と第２シート片の少なくとも一辺及びその一辺に連続する他の一辺とが接続されて、両シート片間に書類等の収容室が画成されているホルダーにおいて、第１シート片における前記収容室の開口端縁には、この開口端縁に沿って延びる延長片が一体形成されて、この延長片には、ファイリング金具の挿通孔が設けられていることにより、書類などの保管に際しては、挿通孔を介して延長片をファイリング金具に綴ることで、書類を収容室に入れたままで、ファイリング金具に簡単に綴じることが出来るに至ったのである。

また請求項２に記載の発明によれば、前記請求項１に記載の収容ホルダーにおいて、延長片が第２シート片と重合する方向に折り曲げ可能であることにより、請求項１に記載の発明の効果に加え、収容室への書類の出し入れが簡単に行なえながら、書類を入れたホルダーを持ち運びするに際しては、延長片を第２シート片と重合する方向に折り曲げて、収容室の開口を閉鎖することにより、書類等が収容室から不用意に抜け出るのを抑制することが出来る。

また請求項３に記載の発明によれば、前記請求項２に記載の収容ホルダーにおいて、折り曲げた延長片を第２シート片に係止するための係止手段が設けられたことにより、請求項２に記載の発明の効果に加え、延長片により収容室の開口を閉鎖された状態が係止手段により確実に維持することが出来るに至ったのである。
