The above-mentioned transparent bag is usually made of a transparent film made of synthetic resin, and when storing documents such as documents, catalogs, and photographs, it can be used to punch holes in important documents or to attach them to the back side. It is widely used in various fields because it can be stored undamaged without gluing, bending, or pressing marks, and can be viewed while being stored. However, conventionally, this binding has been done by fixing the binding using a stable (staple) or a clamping member, or by using a binding device that consists of a presser provided on a thick book or a number of rings that can be opened and closed in a row. (hereinafter referred to as a ring file), etc., these files have the following disadvantages. Stable fasteners not only tend to damage the needle stitching part because it is pulled each time each leaf is bound, but it also makes it impossible to replace each leaf, and if you try to replace it, it will not work properly. This will cause the leaves to dissociate. Items that use clamping members or pressers do not have sufficient fastening, and when the sheets are loaded too thick, there is often a misalignment between each sheet, and in some cases, there is a risk that the sheets may come off and fall off, resulting in loss. There is. Products that use ring files require a large number of holes to be drilled to match the ring file being used, and the ring file itself requires considerable cost, making the manufacturing cost higher than expected. It ends up. Furthermore, in the past, each leaf was formed into a bag, which resulted in high costs. Furthermore, in any of the above-mentioned binding methods, one side of each leaf is used as a binding margin of a fixed width, so it is often necessary to cut down the documents when storing them. Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, the present invention has been developed by forming a page stack together with the cover into a size twice the size of the desired page stack, folding it in half, and punching holes in the folded part. It is an object of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks by providing a file mechanism that simply and effectively binds together an inner material and a back plate member through provided cutout grooves. Next, one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

In Fig. 1, reference numeral 1 is a transparent bag made by polymerizing two transparent synthetic resin films and welding the three sides to form a bag. A longitudinal fold line 1a is provided, and a vertically elongated cutout groove 1b is formed on the fold line 1a over a length of about 1/3 of the central portion of the fold line 1a. Reference numeral 2 denotes an inner padding material, and the inner padding material 2 is used by bending and forming a plate-like body made of synthetic resin, and in the unfolded state, the longitudinal direction of the vertically long inner padding portion 2a is aligned with the fold line 1a. When the longitudinal side surface is placed on the fold line 1a, insertion pieces 2b, 2b that can be inserted into the cutout groove 1b are provided on both side edges corresponding to the cutout groove 1b. There is. When the inner padding material 2 is folded in half from a center line parallel to the longitudinal direction, the insertion pieces 2b, 2b are overlapped, and the tips of the insertion pieces 2b, 2b are folded back symmetrically outward, the folded portion is formed. Locking pieces 2c, 2c
As shown in FIG. 2, it has locking pieces 2c, 2c, which are locking protrusions, on both sides, and an insertion piece 2b, which is inserted into the cutout groove 1b of the transparent bag body 1, on one side. This becomes the inner padding material 2'. In the drawing, 1' is a cover having fold lines 1'a and cutout grooves 1'b, similar to the transparent bag body 1. In the binding operation, first, the desired number of transparent bags are stacked on top of the cover 1' with the cover 1' at the bottom, and the sheets are aligned so that the cutout grooves 1b and 1'b are aligned. Then, insert the insertion piece 2b of the inner liner 2 into the cutout groove 1b, pull out the tip of the insertion piece 2b to the outside together with the locking piece 2c, and fold the transparent bag body 1 along with the cover 1' along the fold line 1a. Bend it (Figure 3). Thereafter, the outside of the folded portion is covered with the back plate member 3. The back plate member 3 is formed into a U-shaped cross section so as to cover both side parts as well as the folded cover 1' and the folded back part of the transparent bag body 1, and furthermore, the above-mentioned locking pieces are provided on both inner sides. 2c
Since the engaging portion 3a is provided to engage with the locking piece 2c, if the back plate member 3 is fitted while sliding along the outer edge of the fold (Fig. 4), the locking piece 2c and the engaging portion 3a
The transparent bag body 1 and the cover 1' are held between the inner part 2a of the inner member 2 and the back plate member 3, and the insertion piece inserted into the cutout groove 1b is engaged with the transparent bag body 1 and the cover 1'. It is tightly bound together and will not fall off or even shift. Further, a heading paper insertion part 4 is provided on the back cover portion of the back plate member 3, and the heading paper insertion part 4 is formed in a bag-shaped groove, and the heading paper 5 can be slid together with the cover transparent sheet 5'. It is designed so that it can be inserted. Therefore, the cover transparent sheet 5' and the index paper 5 are retained by the side grooves 4' and can be replaced as appropriate without falling off.
As shown in FIG. 7, the inner cover material includes an inner cover part 2'a,
If the insertion piece 2'b with the locking piece 2'c is formed separately, or if it is formed integrally with the locking piece 2''c as shown in FIG. It's more convenient.

According to the above-mentioned file mechanism, binding is performed at the fold, so depending on the form of the back plate member, such as forming both walls of the back plate member low or forming it so that it can be folded down, the bag can be made without a binding margin. can be used effectively. In addition, the transparent bag body is securely attached to the lining material and the back plate member, so that it will not shift, fall off, or be damaged. Moreover, each leaf can be easily replaced. Furthermore, since the cut-out groove is vertically drilled in the center, there is no need to create many binding holes like when using a ring file, and since it is folded in half, it is easy to bind. The process of welding and cutting the edges corresponding to the mating parts can be omitted, and the stitching process is also simple, so costs can be reduced significantly compared to conventional methods. The file mechanism of the present invention has the above-mentioned excellent effects when the page-sheet storage unit is a transparent bag; However, its utility value is high.

As is clear from the above explanation, the file mechanism of the present invention improves the various drawbacks of conventional binding, has a simpler mechanism, has better effects, and can be provided at a lower cost. It is highly practical, and is expected to grow in the future.
