Description
Claims (12)
- 人体の皮膚に接触して電気刺激を印加する電極と、
電気刺激に対する数値情報を含む電気刺激指針の入力を受ける入力部と、
電気刺激を印加する前に、人口統計学的標識と環境的標識のうちの1つ以上を適用して算出されたSPIを適用することで、電気刺激指針に含まれた数値を調整した初期刺激値を導出する初期刺激値設定部と、
ユーザに電気刺激が印加された状態でユーザの生体信号を測定して、電極に印加される電気刺激を調節する刺激中調節部と、を含み、
前記SPIは、電気刺激に対する敏感度を数値化した指数であり、人口統計学的標識は、統計学的に電気刺激に対して敏感な程度を反映した標識であり、環境的標識は、電気刺激の敏感度に影響を及ぼす環境的要因を反映した標識であり、
前記初期刺激値設定部が、
SPIが所定の値以下である場合には、入力された電気刺激指針を変更せず、
SPIが所定の値を超える場合には、SPIの超過値に比例して電気刺激指針を変更し、
前記電気刺激指針は、電流とデューティ比に対する情報を含み、
前記初期刺激値設定部が、SPIの超過値に比例して電気刺激指針の電流を下げ、デューティ比を増加させることを特徴とする、迷走神経に対する電気刺激印加装置。 - 人口統計学的標識は、年齢、性別、BMI、服薬有無、及び疾病有無のうちの1つ以上の情報を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の迷走神経に対する電気刺激印加装置。
- 環境的標識は、温度、湿度、照度及び不快指数のうちの1つ以上の情報を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の迷走神経に対する電気刺激印加装置。
- 前記刺激中調節部で測定するユーザの生体信号は、脳波又は心拍変異度であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の迷走神経に対する電気刺激印加装置。
- 前記刺激中調節部は、
ユーザに電気刺激が印加された状態でユーザの脳波を測定して算出されたFSWRの変化量を適用することで、電極に印加される電気刺激を調節し、
前記FSWRの変化量は、ユーザに加えられた電気刺激が人体に及ぼす影響を確認するためのものであり、FSWRは、測定された脳波において、周波数が相対的に高いファストウェーブ(fast wave)帯域のパワーを、周波数が相対的に低いスローウェーブ(slow wave)帯域のパワーで割って算出され、
前記ファストウェーブ(fast wave)帯域は、13Hzを超える脳波であり、前記スローウェーブ(slow wave)帯域は、13Hz以下の脳波であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の迷走神経に対する電気刺激印加装置。 - FSWRの変化量は、電気刺激を印加する前又は印加した直後に測定されたFSWR0から、電気刺激が印加された以後に測定されたFSWRNに変化した割合であるFSWR変化率を利用し、
FSWR変化率が所定の値より大きい場合に、電極を介して印加される電気刺激を調節することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の迷走神経に対する電気刺激印加装置。 - FSWR変化率が所定の値より大きい場合に、電極を介して印加される電気刺激の電流を下げ、デューティ比を増やすことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の迷走神経に対する電気刺激印加装置。
- FSWR変化率が50%以上増加した場合に、電気刺激の電流を10~30%の範囲に下げ、デューティ比を10~45%の範囲に増加させることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の迷走神経に対する電気刺激印加装置。
- 前記刺激中調節部は、
ユーザに電気刺激が印加された状態でユーザの心拍変異度を測定して算出されたFSBRの変化量を適用することで、電極に印加される電気刺激を調節し、
前記FSBRの変化量は、ユーザに加えられた電気刺激が人体に及ぼす影響を確認するためのものであり、FSBRは、測定された心拍変異度において、周波数が相対的に高い高周波帯域のパワーを周波数が相対的に低い低周波数帯域のパワーで割って算出され、
前記高周波帯域は0.15Hz以上0.4Hz以下の範囲であり、前記低周波帯域は0.04Hz以上0.15Hz未満の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の迷走神経に対する電気刺激印加装置。 - FSBRの変化量は、電気刺激を印加する前又は印加した直後に測定されたFSBR0から、電気刺激が印加された以後に測定されたFSBRNに変化した割合であるFSBR変化率を利用し、
FSBR変化率が所定の値より大きい場合に、電極を介して印加される電気刺激を調節することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の迷走神経に対する電気刺激印加装置。 - FSBR変化率が所定の値より大きい場合に、電極を介して印加される電気刺激の電流を下げ、デューティ比を増やすことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の迷走神経に対する電気刺激印加装置。
- FSBR変化率が50%以上増加した場合に、電気刺激の電流を10~30%の範囲に下げ、デューティ比を10~45%の範囲に増加させることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の迷走神経に対する電気刺激印加装置。
