Claims (4)
- 膜電極接合体の両側に一対が形成され、それぞれ燃料及び空気の流動する通路を形成する燃料極セパレータ及び空気極セパレータを含み、
前記燃料極セパレータは、
膜電極接合体側に突出し、一定間隔離隔するように複数個が形成されて燃料の流動する複数の通路を形成する第1チャネルを含み、
前記空気極セパレータは、
膜電極接合体側に突出し、一定間隔離隔するように複数個が形成されて空気の流動する複数の通路を形成する第2チャネルを含み、
前記第1チャネル及び第2チャネルは、それぞれ矩形状の前記燃料極セパレータ及び前記空気極セパレータの長さ方向に沿って一定角度傾斜して形成され、互いに異なる角度で傾斜して点接触するように形成され、
前記燃料極セパレータは、
直線状に形成される前記第1チャネルが複数個に分割されながら一定空間を形成し、第1チャネルに沿って一定間隔で形成される第1空間離隔部と、
複数個の列をなす第1チャネルの間に形成されて燃料及び凝縮水が流動する第1流動空間部と、を含み、
前記空気極セパレータは、
直線状に形成される前記第2チャネルを分割して一定空間を形成し、第2チャネルに沿って一定間隔で形成される第2空間離隔部と、
複数個の列をなす第2チャネルの間に形成されて空気及び凝縮水が流動する第2流動空間部と、を含み、
前記第1、第2空間離隔部は、
燃料又は空気が流動する方向の垂直方向にそれぞれ第1、第2チャネルによって燃料又は空気が流動できないようにしてあることを特徴とする、燃料電池セパレータ。 - 前記第1チャネルは、
矩形状の前記燃料極セパレータ及び前記空気極セパレータの長さ方向に対して0°超過90°未満の角度を有するように傾斜して形成され、
前記第2チャネルは、同じ長さ方向に対して90°超過180°未満の角度を有するように傾斜して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池セパレータ。 - 前記第1チャネル及び第2チャネルは、
同じ角度を有し、反対方向に傾斜するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池セパレータ。 - 前記第1チャネル及び第2チャネルが点接触する広さが全体電極面積の10~20%の範囲となるようにすることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料電池セパレータ。
