Claims (10)
- 電池パックであって、
収容キャビティが開けられるケーシングと、
前記収容キャビティに設けられる組電池と、
前記組電池の放電端に設けられ、チャンネル孔が設けられる補強層と、
前記収容キャビティに充填され、前記補強層及び前記組電池を被覆する固定粘着剤とを含み、
前記補強層と前記固定粘着剤とを複合した材料の引張強度が48.4MPa、引張歪みが21.9%であり、
前記引張強度および引張歪みは、GB-T528に従って測定されたものであることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記補強層は、ガラス繊維布、炭素繊維布、及びアラミドクロスのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記補強層は、複数の横部及び複数の縦部を含み、前記複数の横部と前記複数の縦部とは、相互に交差して設けられ、2つずつの前記横部と2つずつの前記縦部は、前記チャンネル孔を形成するように囲まれる、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記横部と前記縦部とは、互いに垂直である、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記チャンネル孔の幅は、Lミリメートルであり、L≧1である、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記補強層の厚さは、Tミリメートルであり、1≦T≦2である、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記補強層の数は、2つ又は3つであり、2つ又は3つの前記補強層は、前記組電池の放電端に積み重ねて設けられ、複数の前記補強層における前記チャンネル孔は、相互に連通する、請求項6に記載の電池パック。
- 2つ又は3つの前記補強層を接続する接続材をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の電池パック。
- 前記固定粘着剤の材料は、発泡フォームである、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ケーシングは、ハウジング及び上カバーを含み、前記上カバーは、前記ハウジングに接続されて前記収容キャビティを形成し、前記補強層は、前記組電池と前記上カバーとの間に設けられる、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の電池パック。
