Description
Claims (7)
- 集電体を含む電極が複数積層された電極積層体と、
前記電極積層体を取り囲むように前記集電体のそれぞれの周縁部に設けられ、積層方向に隣り合う前記集電体間のそれぞれに位置する複数の内部空間を封止すると共に、前記複数の内部空間のそれぞれに連通する複数の連通孔が設けられた封止体と、を備える蓄電モジュールの製造に用いられる蓄電モジュールの製造装置であって、
前記封止体の側面における前記連通孔の開口の周囲に押し当てて、前記連通孔を介して前記複数の内部空間のそれぞれに流体を注入する流体注入ノズルと、
前記封止体のうち前記複数の連通孔が設けられた第1の領域を拘束する第1の拘束部材と、
前記第1の拘束部材とは独立して設けられ、前記内部空間を含む第2の領域を前記積層方向に拘束する第2の拘束部材と、を備える、蓄電モジュールの製造装置。 - 前記第1の拘束部材による第1の拘束圧は、前記第2の拘束部材による第2の拘束圧よりも大きい、請求項1記載の蓄電モジュールの製造装置。
- 前記封止体は、前記集電体のそれぞれの周縁部を被覆する複数のシール材と、前記積層方向に隣り合う前記シール材間に介在するスペーサと、を含み、
前記第1の拘束部材は、前記シール材及び前記スペーサが前記積層方向に重なる領域を前記第1の領域として拘束する、請求項1又は2記載の蓄電モジュールの製造装置。 - 前記蓄電モジュールが配置される減圧チャンバを更に備え、
前記減圧チャンバに前記第1の拘束部材及び前記第2の拘束部材がそれぞれ設けられている、請求項1又は2記載の蓄電モジュールの製造装置。 - 前記蓄電モジュールが配置される減圧チャンバを更に備え、
前記減圧チャンバに前記第1の拘束部材が設けられ、
前記減圧チャンバの壁部が前記第2の拘束部材を構成する、請求項1又は2記載の蓄電モジュールの製造装置。 - 前記第2の拘束部材には、前記封止体からの前記電極積層体の露出部分に対応する凸部が設けられている、請求項1又は2記載の蓄電モジュールの製造装置。
- 集電体を含む電極が複数積層された電極積層体と、
前記電極積層体を取り囲むように前記集電体のそれぞれの周縁部に設けられ、積層方向に隣り合う前記集電体間のそれぞれに位置する複数の内部空間を封止すると共に、前記複数の内部空間のそれぞれに連通する複数の連通孔が設けられた封止体と、を備える蓄電モジュールの製造に用いられる蓄電モジュールの製造方法であって、
前記封止体の側面における前記連通孔の開口の周囲に流体注入ノズルを押し当てて、前記連通孔を介して前記複数の内部空間のそれぞれに流体を注入する注入工程を備え、
前記注入工程において、
前記封止体のうち前記複数の連通孔が設けられた第1の領域を第1の拘束部材によって拘束し、
前記内部空間を含む第2の領域を、前記第1の拘束部材とは独立して設けられた第2の拘束部材によって前記積層方向に拘束する、蓄電モジュールの製造方法。
