前記カバー板アセンブリは前記ケースに設けられており、前記カバー板アセンブリは、平坦部と前記平坦部に接続されたボス部とを備える導電材と、前記導電材に絶縁接続されたトップカバーと、を備え、前記トップカバーの中心に貫通孔が開設されており、前記ボス部は前記貫通孔内まで延在し、
前記導電材に接続された第1タブと、前記ケースに接続された第2タブとに接続された前記セル本体は、前記収容空洞内に収容されている。
前記階段の内壁と前記第1面のエッジとの間の距離Dは0.1mm~0.2mmの範囲にある。
前記第1タブは前記導電材エッジに近い一端において位置制限エッジを有し、前記位置制限エッジと前記導電材のエッジとの間の距離H2は前記位置制限エッジと前記レーザー溶接の溶接点の中心との距離H3より小さい。

Claims (10)
- 電池であって、ケース(10)、カバー板アセンブリ(30)、及びセル本体(20)を備え、
前記ケース(10)は底壁(12)と側面壁(13)とを備え、前記側面壁(13)は下端が前記底壁(12)のエッジに接続され、前記底壁(12)と前記側面壁(13)とは収容空洞(11)を囲んで形成し、
前記カバー板アセンブリ(30)は前記ケース(10)に設けられており、前記カバー板アセンブリ(30)は、平坦部(311)と前記平坦部(311)に接続されたボス部(312)とを備える導電材(31)と、前記導電材(31)に絶縁接続されたトップカバー(32)と、を備え、前記トップカバー(32)の中心に貫通孔(321)が開設されており、前記ボス部(312)は前記貫通孔(321)内まで延在し、
前記導電材(31)に接続された第1タブ(40)と前記ケース(10)に接続された第2タブ(50)とに接続された前記セル本体(20)は前記収容空洞(11)内に収容されており、
前記第1タブ(40)はレーザー溶接によって前記平坦部(311)に接続され、レーザー溶接の溶接点(60)は前記平坦部(311)の中心に位置し、
前記第1タブ(40)は一端が前記セル本体(20)の外側まで延在し、この一端は一方のエッジが前記導電材(31)のエッジに最も近い平直な位置制限エッジ(41)であり、前記位置制限エッジ(41)の中点と前記導電材(31)のエッジとの間の最短垂直距離H2は、前記位置制限エッジ(41)と前記レーザー溶接の溶接点(60)の中心との距離H3より小さい、ことを特徴とする電池。 - 前記トップカバー(32)の前記導電材(31)に背く面は第1面(323)で、前記トップカバー(32)の前記導電材(31)に面する面は第2面(324)であり、前記第2面(324)のエッジには、前記第2面(324)から前記第1面(323)に向かって凹む階段(322)が設けられており、前記側面壁(13)は上端において開口(131)を有し、前記階段(322)は頂壁が前記側面壁(13)の上端に押し当てられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記階段(322)は前記第2面(324)のエッジを一周するように設けられており、前記階段(322)は、前記第2面(324)から前記第1面(323)に向かって凹む深さH1が0.05mm~0.15mmの範囲にあり、及び/又は
前記階段(322)の内壁と前記第1面(323)のエッジとの間の距離Dは0.1mm~0.2mmの範囲にある、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池。 - 前記トップカバー(32)は厚さTが0.1mm~0.2mmの範囲にあり、及び/又は
前記平坦部(311)は、前記トップカバー(32)の第2面(324)より直径が小さい、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池。 - 前記貫通孔(321)は内径が前記ボス部(312)の直径より大きく、かつ前記貫通孔(321)は内径が前記平坦部(311)の直径より小さい、ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記ボス部(312)は頂端が前記第1面(323)と高さが一致し、又は、前記ボス部(312)は頂端が前記第1面(323)より低い、ことを特徴とする請求項2~4のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記第1タブ(40)は前記平坦部(311)に接続され、前記第2タブ(50)は前記ケース(10)の底壁(12)に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記底壁(12)に前記収容空洞(11)に連通する液体注入孔(121)が開設されており、前記底壁(12)の下端には、前記液体注入孔(121)に密封するように接続された封止材(14)が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記トップカバー(32)はステンレス鋼製トップカバーであり、前記トップカバー(32)には、厚さ0.5μm~5μmのニッケル層が電気めっきされており、及び/又は
前記トップカバー(32)は前記導電材(31)に絶縁材(33)によって絶縁接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の電池。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の電池を備える、ことを特徴とする電子製品。
