Claims (14)
- 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するケースと、
前記ケースの外面に設けられ、前記ケースよりも金属のイオン化傾向が大きい材質で形成されている犠牲金属部と、
金属層を含み、前記犠牲金属部および前記ケースを囲むように設けられているセルシートと、
を含むバッテリーセルであって、
前記金属層は、前記ケースよりも金属のイオン化傾向が大きい材質で形成されているバッテリーセル。 - 前記犠牲金属部は、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、亜鉛、アルミニウム合金、マグネシウム合金、および亜鉛合金からなる群から選択される1つ以上を含む請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記犠牲金属部は、前記ケースの上面および下面にそれぞれ設けられ、前記ケースの上面および下面の少なくとも一部領域を外部に露出させるように設けられている請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記犠牲金属部は、前記ケースの上面および下面の周り方向に沿ってリング形状を有するように設けられている請求項3に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記犠牲金属部は、前記ケースの上面および下面の周り方向に沿ってC字形状を有するように設けられている請求項3に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するケースと、
前記ケースの外面に設けられ、前記ケースよりも金属のイオン化傾向が大きい材質で形成されている犠牲金属部と、
金属層を含み、前記犠牲金属部および前記ケースを囲むように設けられているセルシートと、
を含むバッテリーセルであって、
前記セルシートは、
前記金属層の一面に設けられ、前記ケースに粘着する粘着層と、
前記金属層の一面とは反対方向の他面に設けられている防水層と、
を含むバッテリーセル。 - 前記金属層は、犠牲金属部と同じ材質で形成されている請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するケースと、
前記ケースの外面に設けられ、前記ケースよりも金属のイオン化傾向が大きい材質で形成されている犠牲金属部と、
金属層を含み、前記犠牲金属部および前記ケースを囲むように設けられているセルシートと、
を含むバッテリーセルであって、
前記セルシートは、前記ケースの周り方向に沿ってセルシートの一端が前記セルシートの他端を覆ってオーバーラップするように前記ケースの外面を囲むバッテリーセル。 - 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するケースと、
前記ケースの外面に設けられ、前記ケースよりも金属のイオン化傾向が大きい材質で形成されている犠牲金属部と、
金属層を含み、前記犠牲金属部および前記ケースを囲むように設けられているセルシートと、
を含むバッテリーセルであって、
前記犠牲金属部は、前記ケースの外面にレーザで結合されているバッテリーセル。 - 前記犠牲金属部は、帯状に前記ケースの一部領域を囲む請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記犠牲金属部は、前記ケースの上面と下面との間の中央部分で前記ケースの周りに沿って結合されている請求項10に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 複数の、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルと、
複数のバッテリーセルが離隔して配置され、前記複数のバッテリーセルの間に冷却水で流動可能に設けられるセルフレームと、
前記セルフレームの内部に冷却水を供給するための冷却水供給部と、
を含むバッテリーモジュール。 - 複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルが離隔して配置され、前記複数のバッテリーセルの間に冷却水で流動可能に設けられるセルフレームと、
前記セルフレームの内部に冷却水を供給するための冷却水供給部と、
を含むバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記バッテリーセルは、
電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するケースと、
前記ケースの外面に設けられ、前記ケースよりも金属のイオン化傾向が大きい材質で形成されている犠牲金属部と、
金属層を含み、前記犠牲金属部および前記ケースを囲むように設けられているセルシートと、
を含み、
前記セルフレームの内部に設けられ、前記ケースの上面側端部および下面側端部をそれぞれ覆うように設けられている防水層を含み、
前記防水層は、防水接着剤またはポッティング樹脂(potting resin)を含むバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記冷却水供給部は、絶縁処理されていない冷却水を供給するように設けられている請求項13に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
