Claims (2)
- 組織を切除するためのカテーテルであって、
遠位端部を含む可撓性の長手方向本体と、
長手方向本体の前記遠位端部から遠位に延びる遠位部分であって、複数の電極を含む、遠位部分とを含む、カテーテルと、
前記カテーテルに結合された1つまたは複数の制御ユニットであって、(1)前記複数の電極のそれぞれに対する供給電気エネルギーを制御し、(2)前記カテーテルの前記遠位部分の位置を自動的に制御するように構成される、1つまたは複数の制御ユニットとを備え、
前記カテーテルが、前記カテーテルの近位部分から前記遠位部分まで延びる内部要素を含み、
前記内部要素が、前記遠位部分の径方向内側の表面と接触する径方向に最も外側の表面を備えた遠位突起部を含み、
前記内部要素が、前記遠位部分および前記長手方向本体内に配置され、前記遠位部分および前記長手方向本体に対して移動可能であり、
前記内部要素が、前記複数の電極のそれぞれに対して、前記複数の電極のうちの他の電極から独立して電気エネルギーを伝送するように構成され、
前記遠位突起部が、各電極と接触したときに前記複数の電極のそれぞれを独立的に活性化するように構成される、医療システム。 - 前記遠位突起部は、長手方向に並進し、前記遠位部分に対して回転するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
