Description

Claims (7)
- 2パーツ医療装置であって、
第1の接続機構を有する第1のパーツと、
第2の接続機構を有する第2のパーツと、
筒状のスナップ係止カバーと、
を備え、
前記第1の接続機構および前記第2の接続機構はそれぞれ、支柱と、支柱の先端に形成された支柱舌片ストップと、を有し、
前記スナップ係止カバーは、2つのスナップ係止舌片を有し、前記2つのスナップ係止舌片は、筒状の前記スナップ係止カバーの内部に向けられており、
前記第1の接続機構の支柱と前記第2の接続機構の支柱とが前記スナップ係止カバーの内部に同一方向に一緒に導入され、2つの前記支柱舌片ストップが前記スナップ係止舌片の可撓性により前記スナップ係止舌片を通過し、前記スナップ係止舌片に係止される、2パーツ医療装置。 - 前記第1のパーツは、第1のステントであり、
前記第2のパーツは、第2のステントである、
請求項1記載の2パーツ医療装置。 - 心臓弁置換プロテーゼであって、
置換弁と、
請求項2記載の2パーツ医療装置と、

心臓弁置換プロテーゼ。 - 前記第1の接続機構は、前記第1のステントの長手方向に対して約3°~60°の角度を成して内向きに向けられている、請求項3記載の心臓弁置換プロテーゼ。
- 前記第2の接続機構は、近位方向から遠位方向に対して重畳されているかもしくは相並んでいるか、前記第2のステントが切断された当初の管を基準にして内側と外側、内側と内側もしくは外側と外側で位置合わせされ、または、前記第2のステントが切断された当初の管を基準にして、管の切断縁部と管の切断縁部で位置合わせされる、請求項3または4記載の心臓弁置換プロテーゼ。
- 前記スナップ係止舌片は、前記心臓弁置換プロテーゼの長手方向に位置決めされる、または、前記長手方向に対して実質的に90°の角度を成して位置決めされる、または前記長手方向に対して5°~90°もしくは10°~45°もしくは45°の角度を成して位置決めされる、請求項3から5までのいずれか1項記載の心臓弁置換プロテーゼ。
- 前記第1の接続機構および/または前記第2の接続機構は、互いの前記支柱の支柱位置合わせ手段を備える、請求項3から6までのいずれか1項記載の心臓弁置換プロテーゼ。
