Claims (12)
- 電池であって、
第1方向に沿って並べられた複数の電池セルと、
熱管理部材であって、前記熱管理部材は前記第1方向に沿って延伸し且つ前記複数の電池セルのうちの各電池セルの第1壁に接続され、前記第1壁は前記電池セルの表面積が最大の壁であり、前記熱管理部材はランナーを備え、前記ランナーは流体を収容して前記電池セルの温度を調節することに用いられる熱管理部材とを備え、
第2方向において前記ランナーのサイズはWであり、前記電池セルの容量Qと前記ランナーのサイズWとは、1.0Ah/mm≦Q/W≦400Ah/mmを満たし、前記第2方向は前記第1壁に垂直であり、
前記電池は、前記第1方向に沿って並べられた複数列の複数の前記電池セルと複数の前記熱管理部材とを備え、複数列の前記電池セルと複数の前記熱管理部材は前記第2方向に交互に設けられる、電池。 - 前記電池セルの前記第2方向に沿ったサイズDと前記熱管理部材の第3方向に沿ったサイズHとは、0.03≦D/H≦5.5を満たし、前記第3方向は前記第1方向及び前記第2方向に垂直である、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記熱管理部材の前記第3方向に沿ったサイズHは15mm~300mmである、請求項2に記載の電池。
- 前記ランナーのサイズWは0.8mm~50mmである、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記熱管理部材は前記第2方向に沿って対向して設けられた第1熱伝導性プレートと第2熱伝導性プレートを備え、
前記第1熱伝導性プレートと前記第2熱伝導性プレートとの間にランナーが設けられ、前記ランナーは前記電池セルの温度を調節するための流体を収容することに用いられる、
請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の電池。 - 前記熱管理部材はさらに補強リブを備え、前記補強リブは前記第1熱伝導性プレートと前記第2熱伝導性プレートとの間に設けられ、前記補強リブ、前記第1熱伝導性プレート及び前記第2熱伝導性プレートは前記ランナーを形成する、請求項5に記載の電池。
- 前記補強リブと前記第1熱伝導性プレート又は前記第2熱伝導性プレートとの夾角は鋭角である、請求項6に記載の電池。
- 前記電池セルは、前記第2方向に対向して設けられた2つの前記第1壁と、前記第1方向に対向して設けられた2つの第2壁とを備え、前記第1方向において、隣接する2つの前記電池セルの前記第2壁は対向する、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記熱管理部材は前記第1壁に接着されている、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 電力消費機器であって、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の電池を備え、前記電池は電気エネルギーを提供することに用いられる、電力消費機器。
- 電池の製造方法であって、
第1方向に沿って並べられた複数の電池セルを提供するステップと、
熱管理部材を提供するステップであって、前記熱管理部材は前記第1方向に沿って延伸し且つ前記複数の電池セルのうちの各電池セルの第1壁に接続され、前記第1壁は前記電池セルの表面積が最大の壁であり、前記熱管理部材はランナーを備え、前記ランナーは流体を収容して前記電池セルの温度を調節することに用いられるステップとを含み、
第2方向において前記ランナーのサイズはWであり、前記電池セルの容量Qと前記ランナーのサイズWとは、1.0Ah/mm≦Q/W≦400Ah/mmを満たし、前記第2方向は前記第1壁に垂直であり、
前記電池は、前記第1方向に沿って並べられた複数列の複数の前記電池セルと複数の前記熱管理部材とを備え、複数列の前記電池セルと複数の前記熱管理部材は前記第2方向に交互に設けられる、電池の製造方法。 - 電池の製造機器であって、
第1方向に沿って並べられた複数の電池セルを提供するための第1提供モジュールと、
第2提供モジュールであって、前記第2提供モジュールは熱管理部材を提供することに用いられ、前記熱管理部材は前記第1方向に沿って延伸し且つ前記複数の電池セルのうちの各電池セルの第1壁に接続され、前記第1壁は前記電池セルの表面積が最大の壁であり、前記熱管理部材はランナーを備え、前記ランナーは流体を収容して前記電池セルの温度を調節することに用いられる第2提供モジュールとを備え、
第2方向において前記ランナーのサイズはWであり、前記電池セルの容量Qと前記ランナーのサイズWとは、1.0Ah/mm≦Q/W≦400Ah/mmを満たし、前記第2方向は前記第1壁に垂直であり、
前記電池は、前記第1方向に沿って並べられた複数列の複数の前記電池セルと複数の前記熱管理部材とを備え、複数列の前記電池セルと複数の前記熱管理部材は前記第2方向に交互に設けられる、電池の製造機器。
