Abstract
【解決手段】電池10は、第1方向xに沿って配置された複数の電池セル20と、前記第1方向に沿って延在し且つ前記複数の電池セルのうちの各電池セルの第1壁2111と接続されている熱伝導部材101であって、前記第1壁は前記電池セルのうち最大の面積を有する壁であり、前記熱伝導部材は前記電池セルの熱を伝導することに用いられ、前記第1壁と接続されている前記熱伝導部材の面は絶縁面であり、前記熱伝導部材の第2方向yにおけるサイズは0.1~100mmであり、前記第2方向は前記第1壁に垂直である、熱伝導部材と、を含む。本願の実施例の技術的解決手段により、電池の性能を向上させることができる。

Claims (20)
- 電池であって、
第1方向に沿って配置された複数の電池セルと、
前記第1方向に沿って延在し且つ前記複数の電池セルのうちの各電池セルの第1壁と接続されている熱伝導部材であって、前記第1壁は前記電池セルのうち最大の面積を有する壁であり、前記熱伝導部材は前記電池セルの熱を伝導することに用いられ、前記第1壁と接続されている前記熱伝導部材の面は絶縁面であり、前記熱伝導部材の第2方向におけるサイズは0.1~100mmであり、前記第2方向は前記第1壁に垂直である、熱伝導部材と、を含む、ことを特徴とする電池。 - 前記熱伝導部材は金属板と、前記金属板の表面に設置された絶縁層とを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記熱伝導部材は非金属材料板である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記熱伝導部材内には空洞が設置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記空洞は流体を収容して前記電池セルの温度を調整することに用いられる、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池。
- 前記電池セルの前記第2方向におけるサイズT1と前記熱伝導部材の前記第2方向におけるサイズT2は、0<T2/T1≦7を満たす、ことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 0<T2/T1≦1である、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電池。
- 前記電池セルの重量M1と前記熱伝導部材の重量M2は、0<M2/M1≦20を満たす、ことを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 0.1≦M2/M1≦1である、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電池。
- 前記第1壁の面積S1と、前記複数の電池セルの前記第1壁と接続されている前記熱伝導部材の面の面積S2は、0.2≦S2/S1≦30を満たす、ことを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 2≦S2/S1≦10である、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電池。
- 前記熱伝導部材の比熱容量Qと前記熱伝導部材の重量M2は、0.02KJ/(kg2*℃)≦Q/M2≦100KJ/(kg2*℃)を満たす、ことを特徴とする請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 0.3KJ/(kg2*℃)≦Q/M2≦20KJ/(kg2*℃)である、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電池。
- 前記電池セルは、前記第2方向に対向して設置されている2つの前記第1壁と、前記第1方向に対向して設置されている2つの第2壁とを含み、前記第1方向において、隣接する2つの前記電池セルの前記第2壁は対向する、ことを特徴とする請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記電池は前記第1方向に沿って複数列に配置された複数の前記電池セルと、複数の前記熱伝導部材とを含み、複数列の前記電池セルと複数の前記熱伝導部材とは前記第2方向に交互に設置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記電池は複数の電池モジュールを含み、前記電池モジュールは、前記第1方向に沿って少なくとも一列に配置された複数の前記電池セルと、少なくとも1つの前記熱伝導部材とを含み、且つ少なくとも一列の前記電池セルと少なくとも1つの前記熱伝導部材とは前記第2方向に交互に設置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記電池モジュールはN列の前記電池セルとN-1個の前記熱伝導部材とを含み、前記熱伝導部材は隣接する2列の前記電池セルの間に設置されており、Nは1より大きい整数である、ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の電池。
- 複数の前記電池モジュールは前記第2方向に沿って配置され、隣接する前記電池モジュールの間には隙間がある、ことを特徴とする請求項16又は17に記載の電池。
- 前記熱伝導部材は前記第1壁に接着されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~18のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 電気エネルギーを提供することに用いられる請求項1~19のいずれか1項に記載の電池を含む、ことを特徴とする電力消費装置。
