Claims (11)
- 既設定の充電C-レート及び既設定の放電C-レートによってバッテリーが充電及び放電する過程で、充電電圧、充電電流、放電電圧及び放電電流を測定する測定部と、
前記測定部から前記バッテリーの電圧及び電流に対する情報を受信し、前記充電電圧及び前記充電電流に基づいて前記バッテリーの電圧毎に充電抵抗を算出し、前記放電電圧及び前記放電電流に基づいて前記バッテリーの電圧毎に放電抵抗を算出し、前記バッテリーの電圧毎に前記充電抵抗と前記放電抵抗との抵抗比を算出し、前記バッテリーの電圧毎に算出された抵抗比に基づいて前記バッテリーに対する放電C-レートを前記既設定の放電Cレートに設定するか、前記バッテリーに対する放電Cレートを前記既設定の放電Cレート以上に設定する制御部と、を含む、バッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記バッテリーの電圧毎に前記放電抵抗に対する前記充電抵抗の比率をそれぞれ計算して電圧毎の抵抗比を算出する、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記バッテリーの電圧毎に算出された抵抗比から最大抵抗比を選択し、選択された最大抵抗比に基づいて前記放電C-レートを設定する、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記最大抵抗比が基準値未満である場合、前記放電C-レートを前記既設定の放電C-レートに設定し、
前記最大抵抗比が前記基準値以上である場合、前記放電C-レートを前記既設定の放電C-レートより大きく設定する、請求項3に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記最大抵抗比が基準値以上である場合、前記放電C-レートが前記既設定の充電C-レートよりも大きくなるように設定する、請求項3または4に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記放電C-レートを前記最大抵抗比に対応するように増加させ、増加した放電C-レートを前記バッテリーに対する放電C-レートに設定する、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記放電C-レートを前記最大抵抗比及び前記バッテリーに対応するバッテリー特性係数に基づいて増加させる、請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記バッテリーは、
黒鉛とシリコンとが混合された複合負極活物質を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記測定部は、
前記バッテリーが前記既設定の充電C-レートで定電流充電される過程で前記充電電圧及び前記充電電流を測定し、前記バッテリーが前記既設定の放電C-レートで定電流放電する過程で前記放電電圧及び前記放電電流を測定する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置を含む、バッテリーパック。
- 既設定の充電C-レート及び既設定の放電C-レートによってバッテリーが充電及び放電する過程で、充電電圧、充電電流、放電電圧及び放電電流を測定する測定段階と、
前記充電電圧及び前記充電電流に基づいて前記バッテリーの電圧毎に充電抵抗を算出する充電抵抗算出段階と、
前記放電電圧及び前記放電電流に基づいて前記バッテリーの電圧毎に放電抵抗を算出する放電抵抗算出段階と、
前記バッテリーの電圧毎に前記充電抵抗と前記放電抵抗との抵抗比を算出する抵抗比算出段階と、
前記バッテリーの電圧毎に算出された抵抗比に基づいて前記バッテリーに対する放電C-レートを前記既設定の放電Cレートに設定するか、前記バッテリーに対する放電Cレートを前記既設定の放電Cレート以上に設定する放電C-レート設定段階と、を含む、バッテリー管理方法。
