Claims (10)
- バッテリーの充電が終了した後に前記バッテリーの開放電圧を測定し、前記バッテリーの充電が終了した後、前記バッテリーが所定の時間放電する過程で前記バッテリーの抵抗を測定する測定部と、
前記測定部から前記開放電圧に対する電圧情報及び前記抵抗に対する抵抗情報を受信し、前記バッテリーに対して予め設定された基準電圧と前記開放電圧との電圧差を算出し、前記バッテリーに対して予め設定された基準抵抗と前記抵抗との抵抗差を算出し、前記電圧差に対する前記抵抗差の比率である電圧-抵抗比率に基づいて前記バッテリーの退化加速を診断する制御部と、を含む、バッテリー診断装置。 - 前記バッテリーは、
SOCが予め設定された上限SOCに到達した場合、充電が終了し、
前記制御部は、
前記バッテリーの充電が終了する度に前記電圧-抵抗比率を算出し、算出された複数の電圧-抵抗比率に基づいて前記バッテリーの退化加速を診断する、請求項1に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記複数の電圧-抵抗比率間の増減パターンを決定し、決定された増減パターンに応じて前記バッテリーの退化加速を診断する、請求項2に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記増減パターンが増加パターンと決定された場合、前記バッテリーの退化が加速していると診断する、請求項3に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記増減パターンが増加パターンと決定された場合、前記予め設定された上限SOCを減少させる、請求項3または4に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記複数の電圧-抵抗比率に対する変化率と予め設定された基準変化率とを比較し、比較結果に基づいて前記増減パターンを決定する、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記複数の電圧-抵抗比率に対する増減を表す変動曲線を生成し、前記変動曲線の傾きが前記基準変化率以上であれば、前記増減パターンを増加パターンと決定する、請求項6に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記増減パターンが増加パターンと決定された場合、前記バッテリーに高ニッケル系正極材が含まれたと判断する、請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー診断装置。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー診断装置を含む、バッテリーパック。
- バッテリーの充電が終了した後に前記バッテリーの開放電圧を測定する電圧測定段階と、
前記バッテリーの充電が終了した後、前記バッテリーが所定の時間放電する過程で前記バッテリーの抵抗を測定する抵抗測定段階と、
前記バッテリーに対して予め設定された基準電圧と前記開放電圧との電圧差を算出し、前記バッテリーに対して予め設定された基準抵抗と前記抵抗との抵抗差を算出する電圧差及び抵抗差算出段階と、
前記電圧差に対する前記抵抗差の比率である電圧-抵抗比率に基づいて前記バッテリーの退化加速を診断する診断段階と、を含む、バッテリー診断方法。
