Description
前記培養液及び前記微細藻類を収容した収容部を鉛直方向に対して傾斜させた状態で、ガイド部で培養用ガスを前記収容部の底部から前記培養液の液面に向かって案内しながら、前記微細藻類を培養し、
傾斜した前記収容部において、外面が斜め上方を向く側壁の上部に気体捕集部を設け、培養中の前記微細藻類が生成した前記気体を前記気体捕集部で捕集する培養方法が提供される。
前記培養液及び前記微細藻類を収容する収容部と、
前記収容部を鉛直方向に対して傾斜させた姿勢で支持する支持体と、
前記収容部内の前記培養液に培養用ガスを供給するガス供給部と、
前記収容部に設けられ、前記培養用ガスを前記収容部の底部から前記培養液の液面に向かって案内するガイド部と、
傾斜した前記収容部において、外面が斜め上方を向く側壁の上部に設けられた気体捕集部と、
を備え、
培養中の前記微細藻類が生成した前記気体を前記気体捕集部で捕集する培養装置が提供される。
前記培養液及び前記微細藻類を収容した収容部(14)を鉛直方向に対して傾斜させた状態で、ガイド部(36)で培養用ガス(G)を前記収容部の底部から前記培養液の液面に向かって案内しながら、前記微細藻類を培養し、
傾斜した前記収容部において、外面(141)が斜め上方を向く側壁(14u)の上部に気体捕集部(60)を設け、培養中の前記微細藻類が生成した前記気体を前記気体捕集部で捕集する培養方法を開示する。
前記培養液及び前記微細藻類を収容する収容部(14)と、
前記収容部を鉛直方向に対して傾斜させた姿勢で支持する支持体(16)と、
前記収容部内の前記培養液に培養用ガスを供給するガス供給部(34)と、
前記収容部に設けられ、前記培養用ガスを前記収容部の底部から前記培養液の液面に向かって案内するガイド部(36)と、
傾斜した前記収容部において、外面が斜め上方を向く側壁の上部に設けられた気体捕集部(60)と、
を備え、
培養中の前記微細藻類が生成した前記気体を前記気体捕集部で捕集する培養装置を開示する。
前記捕集口は、前記吐出口よりも下方であるか、又は、前記捕集口は、前記吐出口と同一の高さである培養装置を開示する。

Claims (6)
- 微細藻類が培養液中で生成した気体を捕集可能な培養方法であって、
前記培養液及び前記微細藻類を収容した収容部を鉛直方向に対して傾斜させた状態で、ガイド部で培養用ガスを前記収容部の底部から前記培養液の液面に向かって案内しながら、前記微細藻類を培養し、
前記ガイド部は、前記培養用ガスを吐出する吐出口を有し、
傾斜した前記収容部において、外面が斜め上方を向く側壁の上部に、前記気体の入口である捕集口を有する気体捕集部を設け、前記捕集口が前記培養液の液面よりも下方に位置し、且つ前記吐出口よりも下方に位置するか、又は、前記捕集口を前記吐出口と同一の高さ位置とした状態として、培養中の前記微細藻類が生成した前記気体を前記気体捕集部で捕集する培養方法。 - 請求項1記載の培養方法において、前記収容部に摺動部材を設け、前記摺動部材を該収容部の前記側壁の内面に沿って摺動させることにより、前記内面に付着した前記気体の気泡を前記気体捕集部へと誘導する培養方法。
- 請求項1又は2記載の培養方法において、前記微細藻類としてクラミドモナスを用い、且つ前記気体として水素を生成させる培養方法。
- 微細藻類が培養液中で生成した気体を捕集可能な培養装置であって、
前記培養液及び前記微細藻類を収容する収容部と、
前記収容部を鉛直方向に対して傾斜させた姿勢で支持する支持体と、
前記収容部内の前記培養液に培養用ガスを供給するガス供給部と、
前記収容部に設けられ、前記培養用ガスを前記収容部の底部から前記培養液の液面に向かって案内するガイド部と、
傾斜した前記収容部において、外面が斜め上方を向く側壁の上部に設けられた気体捕集部と、
を備え、
前記気体捕集部は、前記気体の入口である捕集口を有し、
前記ガイド部は、前記培養用ガスを吐出する吐出口を有し、
前記捕集口が前記培養液の液面よりも下方に位置し、且つ前記吐出口よりも下方であるか、又は、前記吐出口と同一の高さである状態で、培養中の前記微細藻類が生成した前記気体を前記気体捕集部で捕集する培養装置。 - 請求項4記載の培養装置において、前記収容部に設けられ、該収容部の前記側壁の内面に沿って摺動する摺動部材を備える培養装置。
- 請求項4又は5記載の培養装置において、前記微細藻類がクラミドモナスであり、且つ前記気体として水素を捕集する培養装置。
