Claims (11)
- 繊維複合材料からなるリム本体(2)を備えた車両リム(1)であって、
前記リム本体(2)は、それ自体第1の軸方向端部(3a)を形成する第1のサブプリフォーム(4)と、前記第1のサブプリフォーム(4)の接続空洞(5)内に収容され、前記第1のサブプリフォーム(4)から第2の軸方向端部(3b)へ延びる第2のサブプリフォーム(6)とを有し、前記第2の軸方向端部(3b)は、前記第1の軸方向端部(3a)に対向し、
さらに、軸方向に前記第1の軸方向端部(3a)及び前記第2の軸方向端部(3b)の間に構成され、径方向内側に向かって突出するフランジ部(7)が、前記第1のサブプリフォーム(4)および/または前記第2のサブプリフォーム(6)と接続された第3のサブプリフォーム(8)から少なくとも部分的に形成されている、車両リム(1)。 - 前記フランジ部(7)が、さらなる第4のサブプリフォーム(9)から共に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両リム(1)。
- 前記第3のサブプリフォーム(8)および前記第4のサブプリフォーム(9)が、径方向内側に向かって張り出して前記フランジ部(7)を直接的に共に構成する鍔部(10、11)をそれぞれ有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の車両リム(1)。
- 前記第3のサブプリフォーム(8)および/または前記第4のサブプリフォーム(9)が、本質的に軸方向に張り出したリング部(12、13)を有し、前記リング部(12、13)が、前記第1のサブプリフォーム(4)および/または前記第2のサブプリフォーム(6)と接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の車両リム(1)。
- 前記第3のサブプリフォーム(8)および前記第4のサブプリフォーム(9)の前記リング部(12、13)が、互いに反対の軸方向において前記フランジ部(7)から離れるように延びることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の車両リム(1)。
- 前記第3のサブプリフォーム(8)が、前記第1のサブプリフォーム(4)の前記接続空洞(5)内に共に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両リム(1)。
- 前記第1のサブプリフォーム(4)が、前記フランジ部(7)を共に構成する径方向内側に向かって突出する鍔部(14)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両リム(1)。
- 金属からなるリムディスク(15)が、ねじ接続部(16)によって前記フランジ部(7)に装着されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両リム(1)。
- 前記フランジ部(7)の部位にねじ受け孔(17)が空けられており、前記部位において、前記第3のサブプリフォーム(8)および前記第4のサブプリフォーム(9)の前記鍔部(10、11)が径方向に重なり合うことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の車両リム(1)。
- 一方では前記第2のサブプリフォーム(6)と、他方では前記第3のサブプリフォーム(8)および/または前記第4のサブプリフォーム(9)との間の環状空間(18)内に充填コア(19)が挿入されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の車両リム(1)。
- 繊維複合材料からなる車両リム(1)用のリム本体(2)を製造するための方法であって、
補強繊維を有する第1のサブプリフォーム(4)が前記リム本体(2)の第1の軸方向端部(3a)を構成しながら配置され、第2のサブプリフォーム(6)が前記第1のサブプリフォーム(4)の接続空洞(5)内に挿入され、
前記第2のサブプリフォーム(6)が、前記第1のサブプリフォーム(4)から軸方向に離れるように前記リム本体(2)の第2の軸方向端部(3b)へ向かって延在し、
第3のサブプリフォーム(8)が前記第1のサブプリフォーム(4)および/または前記第2のサブプリフォーム(6)に取り付けられることによって、前記第3のサブプリフォーム(8)と、前記第1のサブプリフォーム(4)および/または前記第2のサブプリフォーム(6)とが、リムディスク(15)を結合するために備えられる径方向内側に向かって突出するフランジ部(7)を共に構成する、方法。
