Claims (6)
- 電極液製造用の電解質溶液を供給する密閉型の反応器と、
リチウム塩粉末を供給する粉末ホッパと、
前記電解質溶液と前記リチウム塩粉末を強制混合して前記反応器に循環させる溶解チャンバと、
前記粉末ホッパと前記溶解チャンバを連結する粉末供給管と、
前記反応器と前記溶解チャンバを連結する溶液排出管及び溶液搬送管を含んで構成されるリチウム塩粉末の溶解装置において、
前記粉末ホッパの周辺には、粉末排出口が下端に位置した状態でまっすぐ立てられるように支持するホッパ立て枠が設置されており、前記ホッパ立て枠は、前記粉末ホッパに対して振動を付与するホッパ振動部上に分離可能に搭載され、前記粉末排出口は、振動を吸収するエラストマー材質の防塵連結管により前記粉末供給管に連結されていることを特徴とする、リチウム塩粉末の溶解装置。 - 前記ホッパ立て枠は、
前記粉末ホッパの上側に配置される四角形状の上部フレームと、
前記粉末ホッパの下側に配置される四角形状の下部フレームと、
前記上部フレームと下部フレームを上下に連結する多数個の縦フレームと、
前記縦フレームの中間部位で粉末ホッパの下端斜面を支える支持フレームと、
前記粉末ホッパの側面を前記縦フレームにそれぞれ固定する固定ブラケットと、
を含んで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム塩粉末の溶解装置。 - 前記ホッパ振動部は、前記ホッパ立て枠を搭載するものであって、
中央に前記粉末供給管が非接触状態で通過する中央ホールが貫通されているホッパ搭載板と、
前記ホッパ搭載板を支える防塵マウントと、
前記ホッパ搭載板を振動させるバイブレーターと、
を含んで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム塩粉末の溶解装置。 - 前記ホッパ搭載板の端には、前記ホッパ立て枠の離脱を防止する離脱防止金具が突出しており、ホッパ搭載板の底面には、前記防塵マウントが設置される補強フレームが付着されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のリチウム塩粉末の溶解装置。
- 前記ホッパ振動部の周辺には、前記ホッパ立て枠の出入りをガイドして前記ホッパ立て枠の離脱を防止するガードレールが設置されており、
前記ガードレールは、
前記ホッパ立て枠の左側及び右側にそれぞれ配置される側方レールと、
前記ホッパ立て枠の後方に配置される後方レールと、
前記側方レール及び前記後方レールを所定の高さで支持するレール支持台と、を含み、
前記ガードレールの前方は、前記ホッパ立て枠の出入りが可能となるように開放されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム塩粉末の溶解装置。 - 前記側方レールの内側には、それぞれ前記ホッパ立て枠の出入りをガイドするガイドローラーが設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のリチウム塩粉末の溶解装置。
