Claims (30)
- 1つ以上の原料から押出材料を製造するための方法であって、
前記1つ以上の原料から選択される変形可能な固体状態の第1の原料を、固定された第1の供給ポートを通して、ロータと固定容器の内壁との間に画定された空洞内に供給するステップと、
前記第1の原料を溶融させることなく、前記第1の原料を前記ロータと接触させ、前記第1の原料を塑性変形させることを含む工程を通じて前記空洞内に撹拌材料を生成するステップと、
容器突出部を使用してまたは前記第1の原料の供給を通じて、前記ロータから前記撹拌材料の一部を拭き取るステップと、
前記撹拌材料を前記空洞から1つ以上のダイを通して連続的に押し出し、押出材料を生成するステップと、
