Description
PDMSのみを持って高分子樹脂単層膜を製造した。すなわち、消火物質を含まないPDMS膜を製造した。実験に用いた製膜方法では最小厚さ0.4mmから製造可能であることを確認した。比較例1-1のPDMS膜の厚さは0.4mmであった。
PDMSのみを持って高分子樹脂単層膜を製造した。すなわち、消火物質を含まないPDMS膜を製造した。厚さは1.5mmであった。
PDMS及びAl(OH)3を含む第1高分子樹脂単層膜(PDMS+Al(OH)3)を製造した。厚さは0.4mmであった。
PDMS及びAl(OH)3を含む第1高分子樹脂単層膜を製造した。厚さは1.5mmであった。
PDMS及びCaBr2を含む第2高分子樹脂単層膜(PDMS+CaBr2)を製造した。厚さは0.4mmであった。
PDMS及びCaBr2を含む第2高分子樹脂単層膜を製造した。厚さは1.5mmであった。
厚さ0.5mmでPDMS膜を製造した後、PDMS及びCaBr2を含む第2高分子樹脂単層膜を0.5mmの厚さで積層した。その上に厚さ0.5mmのPDMS膜をさらに積層した。このようにしてPDMS/PDMS+CaBr2/PDMSの三重膜構造を1.5mmの厚さで製造した。
厚さ1.5mmの雲母(Mica)シートを用意した。
PDMS及びAl(OH)3を含む第1高分子樹脂単層膜を0.5mmの厚さで製造した後、PDMS及びCaBr2を含む第2高分子樹脂単層膜を厚さ0.5mmで積層した。その上に厚さ0.5mmで、PDMS及びAl(OH)3を含む第1高分子樹脂単層膜をさらに積層した。このようにしてPDMS+Al(OH)3/PDMS+CaBr2/PDMS+Al(OH)3の三重膜構造を1.5mmの厚さで製造した。

Claims (12)
- 相異なる種類の消火物質がそれぞれ含まれた二つ以上の高分子樹脂単層膜が積層された複合パッドであって、
前記複合パッドは、第1高分子樹脂単層膜及び第2高分子樹脂単層膜を含み、
前記第1高分子樹脂単層膜は、前記第2高分子樹脂単層膜に比べてより低い温度範囲で作用する消火物質を含む、複合パッドにおいて、
前記第1高分子樹脂単層膜は、ポリジメチルシロキサン及び水酸化アルミニウムを含み、前記第2高分子樹脂単層膜は、ポリジメチルシロキサン及び臭化カルシウムを含む、複合パッド。 - 前記複合パッドは、二つの前記第1高分子樹脂単層膜同士の間に前記第2高分子樹脂単層膜が介在されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合パッド。
- 前記消火物質は、水酸化金属化合物、リン系及び硫酸化合物、ハロゲン系化合物からなる固形分の物質から選択される、請求項1または2に記載の複合パッド。
- 前記消火物質は、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化マグネシウム、または、臭化カルシウムである、請求項1または2に記載の複合パッド。
- 相異なる種類の消火物質がそれぞれ含まれた二つ以上の高分子樹脂単層膜を順次に製膜する段階を含む複合パッドの製造方法であって、
前記複合パッドは、第1高分子樹脂単層膜及び第2高分子樹脂単層膜を含み、
前記第1高分子樹脂単層膜は、前記第2高分子樹脂単層膜に比べてより低い温度範囲で作用する消火物質を含む、複合パッドの製造方法において、
前記相異なる種類の消火物質がそれぞれ含まれた二つ以上の高分子樹脂単層膜を順次に製膜する段階は、
第1消火物質と第1高分子樹脂とを混合した第1難燃性組成物を製造する段階と、
前記第1難燃性組成物を塗布した後、硬化させて前記第1高分子樹脂単層膜を形成する段階と、
第2消火物質と第2高分子樹脂とを混合した第2難燃性組成物を製造する段階と、
前記第1高分子樹脂単層膜上に前記第2難燃性組成物を塗布した後、硬化させて前記第2高分子樹脂単層膜を形成する段階と、を含み、
前記第1消火物質は水酸化アルミニウムを含み、前記第2消火物質は臭化カルシウムを含む、複合パッドの製造方法。 - 前記第1難燃性組成物を製造する段階は、
第1高分子樹脂に第1消火物質を0%超50%以下で添加して第1混合物を形成する段階と、
前記第1混合物を撹拌する段階と、
前記第1混合物に硬化剤を添加する段階と、を含み、
前記第2難燃性組成物を製造する段階は、
第2高分子樹脂に第2消火物質を0%超80%以下で添加して第2混合物を形成する段階と、
前記第2混合物を撹拌する段階と、
前記第2混合物に硬化剤を添加する段階と、を含む、請求項5に記載の複合パッドの製造方法。 - 前記複合パッドは、二つの前記第1高分子樹脂単層膜同士の間に前記第2高分子樹脂単層膜が介在されていることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の複合パッドの製造方法。
- 相異なる種類の消火物質がそれぞれ含まれた二つ以上の高分子樹脂単層膜を順次に製膜する段階を含む複合パッドの製造方法であって、
前記複合パッドは、第1高分子樹脂単層膜及び第2高分子樹脂単層膜を含み、
前記第1高分子樹脂単層膜は、前記第2高分子樹脂単層膜に比べてより低い温度範囲で作用する消火物質を含む、複合パッドの製造方法において、
前記第1高分子樹脂単層膜は、ポリジメチルシロキサン及び水酸化アルミニウムを含み、前記第2高分子樹脂単層膜は、ポリジメチルシロキサン及び臭化カルシウムを含む、複合パッドの製造方法。 - 相異なる種類の消火物質がそれぞれ含まれた二つ以上の高分子樹脂単層膜を順次に製膜する段階を含む複合パッドの製造方法であって、
前記複合パッドは、第1高分子樹脂単層膜及び第2高分子樹脂単層膜を含み、
前記第1高分子樹脂単層膜は、前記第2高分子樹脂単層膜に比べてより低い温度範囲で消火作用を奏する消火物質を含む、複合パッドの製造方法において、
前記消火物質は、水酸化金属化合物、リン系及び硫酸化合物、ハロゲン系化合物からなる固形分の物質から選択される、複合パッドの製造方法。 - 相異なる種類の消火物質がそれぞれ含まれた二つ以上の高分子樹脂単層膜を順次に製膜する段階を含む複合パッドの製造方法であって、
前記複合パッドは、第1高分子樹脂単層膜及び第2高分子樹脂単層膜を含み、
前記第1高分子樹脂単層膜は、前記第2高分子樹脂単層膜に比べてより低い温度範囲で消火作用を奏する消火物質を含む、複合パッドの製造方法において、
前記消火物質は、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化マグネシウム、または、臭化カルシウムである、複合パッドの製造方法。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の複合パッドを含む、二次電池モジュール。
- 請求項11に記載の二次電池モジュールを含む、二次電池パック。
