Claims (7)
- 分析装置に使用され、内部に流路が設けられ、両端部と、前記両端部の間に設けられた本体部とを有するバイオイナート配管であって、
前記流路の全長にわたって前記流路の内壁を形成する樹脂チューブと、
少なくとも前記本体部の全長にわたって前記樹脂チューブの外周を覆うように前記樹脂チューブを内側に収容する金属チューブと、を備え、
前記金属チューブが内周側に向けて塑性変形しており前記樹脂チューブの外周面と前記金属チューブの内周面とが液密に接しており、
前記本体部において、前記金属チューブの前記流路に対して垂直な断面の外形が多角形に塑性変形している、バイオイナート配管。 - 前記本体部において、前記金属チューブの前記流路に対して垂直な断面が六角形に塑性変形している、請求項1に記載のバイオイナート配管。
- 分析装置に使用され、内部に流路が設けられ、両端部と、前記両端部の間に設けられた本体部を有するバイオイナート配管を製造する方法であって、
樹脂チューブ、及び前記樹脂チューブを挿通可能な程度に前記樹脂チューブの外径よりも大きい内径を有する金属チューブを用意するステップと、
前記用意するステップの後で、前記樹脂チューブを前記金属チューブの内側に挿通するステップと、
前記挿通するステップの後で、前記金属チューブにおいて前記本体部に相当する部分の外周面を加圧することによって、前記金属チューブを内周側に向けて塑性変形させ、前記バイオイナート配管の前記本体部における前記樹脂チューブの外周面と前記金属チューブの内周面とを液密に接触させるステップと、を備え、
前記接触させるステップにおいては、前記金属チューブにおいて前記本体部に相当する部分の外周面に対して複数の方向から均等に加圧することによって前記金属チューブの前記流路に対して垂直な断面の外形を多角形に塑性変形させ、前記バイオイナート配管の前記本体部における前記樹脂チューブの外周面と前記金属チューブの内周面とを液密に接触させる、方法。 - 前記接触させるステップでは、前記金属チューブの外周面に対して複数の方向から同時にローラを押し当てて前記本体部の全長にわたって連続的に前記外周面を加圧する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記接触させるステップでは、V字状の溝を備えた複数のローラを前記金属チューブの外周面に押し当てて加圧する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記接触させるステップでは、V字状の溝を備えた3つのローラを前記金属チューブの外周面に押し当てて加圧することにより、前記金属チューブの前記流路に対して垂直な断面の外形を六角形に塑性変形させる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のバイオイナート配管によって構成要素が流体接続された液体クロマトグラフ。
