熱伝達要素の封止面を形成するように適合される板状構成要素と、
管状要素と、
熱伝達要素の内部に設けられ、管状要素と板状構成要素との間でエネルギーを交換する熱伝達材料と、
を備える、回分式反応器用熱伝達要素を提供する。
伝達要素又は少なくとも1つの第2の熱伝達要素の少なくとも1つに負の熱流束を、及び少なくとも1つの第1の熱伝達要素又は少なくとも1つの第2の熱伝達要素の少なくとも他方の1つに正の熱流束を提供するように動作可能である。これにより、反応物内の温度の正確な制御及び維持を可能にする。
Claims (8)
- ケージ要素と、
前記ケージ要素に装着された少なくとも1つのバッフルと、
を備える回分式反応器用バッフル構成要素であり、
前記少なくとも1つのバッフルは、
前記バッフルの外面を形成するように適合され又は形成される板状構成要素と、
管状要素と、
を含み、
前記板状構成要素及び前記管状要素は一緒になって前記バッフルの封止内部容積を形成し、
前記バッフルの前記封止内部容積は、熱交換材料で全体的に又は部分的に充填されており、
前記熱交換材料は、前記管状要素内部の熱伝達媒体と前記板状構成要素との間の熱エネルギー伝達を容易にし、
前記熱交換材料は、1つ以上の固体材料を含み、
前記バッフル構成要素は、前記回分式反応器の取り外し可能な上蓋に接着可能又はクランプ可能であり、
前記ケージ要素は、相互に取り付けられて少なくとも1つの前記バッフルが装着される構造を形成する、多数の個々の要素から構成され、
前記個々の要素の各々は、前記管状要素として形成され、前記熱伝達媒体が少なくとも1つの前記バッフルの各々との間で案内されることを可能にするように配置される、バッフル構成要素。 - 前記板状構成要素は、窪みを含む、請求項1に記載のバッフル構成要素。

- 前記管状要素は、銅又は銅基合金で構成される、請求項6に記載のバッフル構成要素。
- 請求項1~請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のバッフル構成要素を含む回分式反応器を備える、バッチ処理システム。
