Description
Claims (9)
- 第1の巻芯と、第1の極板耳部と、第1の集電体とを含む極板群ユニットを含むボタン電池であって、
前記第1の巻芯は、第1の電極層と、第2の電極層と、隣接する前記第1の電極層と前記第2の電極層との間に介在する第1のセパレータと、を含み、前記第1の電極層は、前記第2の電極層と反対の性質を持っており、
前記ボタン電池は、電池ハウジングと、電池カバーと、絶縁の密封リングと、を更に含み、前記電池ハウジングは前記密封リングと前記電池カバーによって密封キャビティを形成し、前記密封キャビティ内に電解液が貯蔵され、前記極板群ユニットは前記密封キャビティ内に設けられ、前記第1の電極層は、前記第1の極板耳部を介して前記電池カバーに 電気的に接続され、前記第2の電極層は、前記第1の集電体を介して前記電池ハウジングに電気的に接続され、
前記極板群ユニットは、第2の巻芯を更に含み、前記第2の巻芯は、前記第1の巻芯と合わせて所定の形状を形成し、前記第2の巻芯は、前記第1の電極層と性質が同一である 第3の電極層と、前記第2の電極層と性質が同一である第4の電極層と、隣接する前記第3の電極層と前記第4の電極層との間に介在する第2のセパレータと、を含み、前記第1の電極層と前記第3の電極層は、いずれも前記第1の極板耳部を介して前記電池カバーに電気的に接続され、前記第2の電極層と前記第4の電極層は、いずれも前記第1の集電体を介して前記電池ハウジングに電気的に接続される、ことを特徴とするボタン電池。 - 前記極板群ユニットは、第3の巻芯を更に含み、前記第3の巻芯は、前記第1の巻芯及び前記第2の巻芯と合わせて所定の形状を形成し、前記第3の巻芯は、前記第1の電極層 と性質が同一である第5の電極層と、前記第2の電極層と性質が同一である第6の電極層と、隣接する前記第5の電極層と前記第6の電極層との間に介在する第3のセパレータと、を含み、前記第1の電極層、前記第3の電極層、及び前記第5の電極層は、いずれも前 記第1の極板耳部を介して前記電池カバーに電気的に接続され、前記第2の電極層、前記第4の電極層、及び第6の電極層は、いずれも前記第1の集電体を介して前記電池ハウジングに電気的に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボタン電池。
- 前記極板群ユニットは、絶縁の固定部材を更に含み、前記固定部材は、前記第1の巻芯及び前記第2の巻芯とそれぞれ固定接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボタン電池。
- 前記極板群ユニットは、第2の集電体を更に含み、前記第1の電極層は、前記第2の集電体を介して前記第1の極板耳部に電気的に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボタン電池。
- 前記第1の極板耳部は、接続体と、溶接体と、前記接続体と前記溶接体との間に設けられた弾性シート構造と、を含み、前記接続体は、前記第1の電極層に電気的に接続され、前記溶接体は、前記電池カバーに溶接固定される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボ タン電池。
- 前記ボタン電池は、第1の絶縁パッドと第2の絶縁パッドと、を更に含み、前記第1の絶縁パッドは、前記極板群ユニットと前記電池カバーとの間に設けられ、前記第2の絶縁パッドは、前記極板群ユニットと前記電池ハウジングの底壁との間に設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボタン電池。
- 前記極板群ユニットは、第2の極板耳部を更に含み、前記第2の極板耳部は前記第1の 集電体に電気的に接続され、前記第2の極板耳部は、前記第2の絶縁パッドと前記電池ハウジングとの間に設けられ、且つ前記電池ハウジングの底壁に溶接固定される、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のボタン電池。
- 前記電池ハウジングには、収容キャビティが設けられ、前記電池ハウジングは、環状の受け体と、前記受け体に設けられた押圧体と、を含み、前記受け体は、前記収容キャビティの外側に嵌設され、且つ前記収容キャビティのポートに設けられ、前記電池カバーは、前記密封リングを介して前記受け体と前記押圧体との間に設けられ、前記押圧体は、前記受け体と合わせて、前記電池カバーと前記密封リングをクランピングするために使用される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のボタン電池。
- 前記密封リングは、前記受け体と前記押圧体との間に設けられ、前記電池カバーを包むための凹溝を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のボタン電池。
