Claims (7)
- 一つのシート形状であって、所定の間隔で繰り返されるインフォールディングとアウトフォールディングとを含む第1電極と、
複数の切れ形状であって、フォールディングされた前記第1電極に囲まれるようにそれぞれ介在された第2電極と、
一つのシート形状であって、前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に介在され、前記第1電極とともに所定の間隔で繰り返されるインフォールディングとアウトフォールディングとを含むセパレータとを含み、
前記第1電極は、
第1電極活物質が第1電極集電体の一面のみに塗布された片面電極であり、
前記第2電極は、
第2電極活物質が第2電極集電体の両面にすべて塗布された両面電極であり、
前記セパレータは、
前記第1電極の前記第1電極活物質が塗布された一面と、前記第2電極との間に介在され、
前記第1電極は、
前記セパレータが介在されていない他面に、一つのフィルム形状である絶縁部が介在されており、
前記絶縁部は、
ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリテトラフルオロエチルレン(PTFE)の少なくとも一つを含み、
前記第1電極がアウトフォールディングされた部分において、前記絶縁部同士が積層される、電極組立体。 - 前記第2電極は、
インフォールディングされた前記第1電極にのみ囲まれるようにそれぞれ介在されている、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 一つのシート形状に形成された第1電極の一面に、一つのシート形状に形成されたセパレータを互いに同じ方向に積層するステップと、
複数の切れで形成された第2電極を、前記セパレータ上に所定の間隔で離隔して載置し、電極積層体を形成するステップと、
前記第1電極および前記セパレータをインフォールディングおよびアウトフォールディングすることで、前記電極積層体をフォールディングするステップとを含み、
前記第1電極は、
第1電極活物質が第1電極集電体の一面のみに塗布された片面電極であり、
前記第2電極は、
第2電極活物質が第2電極集電体の両面にすべて塗布された両面電極であり、
前記電極積層体をフォールディングするステップの前に、
前記第1電極において、前記第1電極活物質が塗布されていない他面に、絶縁物質を塗布した後、乾燥して絶縁部を形成するステップをさらに含む、電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記セパレータを積層するステップにおいて、
前記セパレータは、
前記第1電極の前記第1電極活物質が塗布された一面に積層される、請求項3に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記所定の間隔は、
前記第2電極の長さよりも長く形成される、請求項3または請求項4に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記絶縁部を形成するステップは、
前記第2電極を載置するステップの前に行われる、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記電極積層体をフォールディングするステップは、
前記第1電極および前記セパレータにおいて、前記第2電極の一端が位置した領域はそれぞれインフォールディングし、前記第2電極の他端が位置した領域はそれぞれアウトフォールディングする、請求項3から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
