Claims (11)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されて形成された電池セル積層体、および
前記複数の電池セルのうちの互いに隣接する電池セルの間に介在されている少なくとも一つのバリア層を含み、
前記バリア層は、内側領域および外側領域を含み、前記内側領域と前記外側領域とで互いに異なる物質を含む、電池モジュールであって、
前記バリア層は、前記内側領域では第1物質を含み、前記外側領域では第2物質を含み、前記第1物質は、前記第2物質より高い熱伝導度および高い圧縮率を有し、前記第1物質は、シリコン材質を含み、
前記第1物質は、前記バリア層の側面において外部に露出している、電池モジュール。 - 複数の電池セルが積層されて形成された電池セル積層体、および
前記複数の電池セルのうちの互いに隣接する電池セルの間に介在されている少なくとも一つのバリア層を含み、
前記バリア層は、内側領域および外側領域を含み、前記内側領域と前記外側領域とで互いに異なる物質を含む、電池モジュールであって、
前記バリア層は、前記内側領域では第1物質を含み、前記外側領域では第2物質を含み、前記第1物質は、前記第2物質より高い熱伝導度および高い圧縮率を有し、前記第1物質は、シリコン材質を含む、電池モジュール(前記内側領域が、内部に液体を保持し、圧縮されると液体を滲出させる内包体で構成される場合を除く)。 - 複数の電池セルが積層されて形成された電池セル積層体、および
前記複数の電池セルのうちの互いに隣接する電池セルの間に介在されている少なくとも一つのバリア層を含み、
前記バリア層は、内側領域および外側領域を含み、前記内側領域と前記外側領域とで互いに異なる物質を含む、電池モジュールであって、
前記バリア層は、前記内側領域では第1物質を含み、前記外側領域では第2物質を含み、前記第1物質は、前記第2物質より高い熱伝導度および高い圧縮率を有し、前記第2物質は、マイカ(MICA)材質を含み、
前記第1物質は、前記バリア層の側面において外部に露出している、電池モジュール。 - 複数の電池セルが積層されて形成された電池セル積層体、および
前記複数の電池セルのうちの互いに隣接する電池セルの間に介在されている少なくとも一つのバリア層を含み、
前記バリア層は、内側領域および外側領域を含み、前記内側領域と前記外側領域とで互いに異なる物質を含む、電池モジュールであって、
前記バリア層は、前記内側領域では第1物質を含み、前記外側領域では第2物質を含み、前記第1物質は、前記第2物質より高い熱伝導度および高い圧縮率を有し、前記第2物質は、マイカ(MICA)材質を含む、電池モジュール(前記内側領域が、内部に液体を保持し、圧縮されると液体を滲出させる内包体で構成される場合を除く)。 - 前記内側領域は、前記電池セルの中心部に対応する部分であり、前記外側領域は前記電池セルの周縁部に対応する部分である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バリア層は、前記電池セルのボディー部と対向する面を基準にして区別される前記内側領域と前記外側領域を含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルのボディー部は、前記電池セルの積層方向に垂直な面に対応する、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バリア層は、難燃部材から形成される、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 複数の電池セルが積層されて形成された電池セル積層体、および
前記複数の電池セルのうちの互いに隣接する電池セルの間に介在されている少なくとも一つのバリア層を含み、
前記バリア層は、内側領域および外側領域を含み、前記内側領域と前記外側領域とで互いに異なる物質を含む、電池モジュールであって、
前記内側領域に形成される物質は、シリコン材質を含み、前記外側領域に形成される物質は、マイカ(MICA)材質を含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記バリア層は、少なくとも二つ以上含まれ、前記バリア層のうちの隣接する二つのバリア層の間には少なくとも二つ以上の電池セルが位置する、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか一項による電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
