Description
少なくとも一種の架橋可能な不飽和鎖ポリマー基材と、充填剤系とを共に混合する第一混合ステップと、
加硫系を加え、より前の混合ステップで得られた混合物と混合する最終混合ステップと、を含み、
前記方法が、前記第一混合ステップと前記最終混合ステップの間に入る中間混合ステップを含み、該中間混合ステップで、より前の混合ステップで得られた混合物にリグニンを加え、混合することを特徴とする。
10個のインナーライナーコンパウンドを製造し、そのうち4個を比較例、6個を本発明の実施例とした。
(第一混合ステップ-1MB)
混合を開始する前に、接線方向ロータを備え、内部体積230リットルから270リットルの混合器に、本発明のコンパウンド(C、D、F、G、I、L)の加硫系(硫黄、ZnO)及びリグニンを除いた表1に記載の材料を、フィルファクターが66%から72%に達するように投入した。
この混合ステップは、本発明のコンパウンド(C、D、F、G、I、L)にのみ関係した。表1に示す量のリグニンを、第一混合ステップで作り出した混合物に加えた。温度が130℃~150℃に達したら、混合物を排出させた。
第一混合ステップ(1MB)から得られた比較コンパウンド(A、B、E、H)の混合物、及び第二混合ステップ(2MB)から得られた本発明のコンパウンド(C、D、F、G、I、L)の混合物に、フィルファクターが63%から67%に達するように加硫系(硫黄、ZnO)を加えた。
Claims (7)
- インナーライナーコンパウンドの製造方法であって、
少なくとも一種の架橋可能な不飽和鎖ポリマー基材と、充填剤系とを共に混合する第一混合ステップと、
加硫系を加え、より前の混合ステップで得られた混合物と混合する最終混合ステップと、を含み、
前記方法が、前記第一混合ステップと前記最終混合ステップの間に入る中間混合ステップを含み、該中間混合ステップで、リグニンを、前の混合ステップで得られた混合物に加えて混合することを特徴とする、インナーライナーコンパウンドの製造方法。 - 前記リグニンが、5phrから25phrの量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記リグニンが、クラフトリグニンであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記クラフトリグニンが、平均表面積400μm2未満の粒子で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法を使用して製造されたインナーライナーコンパウンド。
- 請求項5に記載のコンパウンドを使用して製造されたインナーライナー層。
- 請求項6に記載のインナーライナー層を具える、空気入りタイヤ。
