ブルックフィールド粘度は、DV-II Pro Extra Viscometerを用いて測定される。この測定器は、粘度計の優れた制御と精度を提供するRheocalc V3.3ソフトウェアを使用する。SC4-31スピンドルサイズを使用する場合、8グラムの試料が使用される。試験温度は、350F°である。トルクが40%~70%の間のレベルになるように、適切なスピンドル速度が適用される。粘度データは、安定した粘度読み取り値が得られた20分後に記録され、センチポアズ(cP)で報告される。

含水量試験
ポリマー1(Poly.1)は、Cangzhou Tianyuan Plastics New Material Company,LLCによって製造されたポリプロピレンポリマーである。Poly.1は、0.900g/ccの密度を有する。
洗浄ワイプのプロセス条件及び実施例の調製
本願発明には以下の態様が含まれる。
項1.
不織布から形成された洗浄ワイプであって、
0.911~0.939g/ccの密度、50,000cP以下のブルックフィールド粘度、及び1.8~3.5の分子量分布(Mw,cc/Mn,cc)を有する第1のエチレン/アルファ-オレフィンインターポリマーと、
2.5重量%~25重量%の、0.900g/cc未満の密度及び少なくとも10g/10分のメルトインデックス(I2)を有する第2のエチレン/アルファ-オレフィンインターポリマーと、を含む、洗浄ワイプ。
項2.
SaMbSc構成を有する洗浄ワイプであって、式中、Sが、スパンボンド不織布であり、Mが、メルトブローン層であり、a及びcが、Sの層の数であり、0~5の範囲の独立した整数であり、bが、Mの層の数であり、1~5の範囲の独立した整数であり、
Mが、0.911~0.939g/ccの密度、50,000cP以下のブルックフィールド粘度、及び1.8~3.5の分子量分布(Mw,cc/Mn,cc)を有する第1のエチレン/アルファ-オレフィンインターポリマーと、2.5重量%~25重量%の、0.900g/cc未満の密度及び少なくとも10g/10分のメルトインデックス(I2)を有する第2のエチレン/アルファ-オレフィンインターポリマーと、を含む、洗浄ワイプ。
項3.
二成分繊維を含む不織布から形成された洗浄ワイプであって、
前記二成分繊維が、第1の領域及び第2の領域を有し、
前記第1の領域が、少なくとも75重量%のポリプロピレンを含む第1の組成物から形成されており、
前記第2の領域が、0.911~0.939g/ccの密度、50,000cP以下のブルックフィールド粘度、及び1.8~3.5の分子量分布(Mw,cc/Mn,cc)を有する第1のエチレン/アルファ-オレフィンインターポリマーと、2.5重量%~25重量%の、0.900g/cc未満の密度及び少なくとも10g/10分のメルトインデックス(I2)を有する第2のエチレン/アルファ-オレフィンインターポリマーと、を含む第2の組成物から形成されている、洗浄ワイプ。
項4.
前記第2のエチレン/アルファ-オレフィンインターポリマーが、0.850~0.890g/ccの密度及び10g/10分~600g/10分のメルトインデックス(I2)を有する、項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄ワイプ。
項5.
前記第2のエチレン/アルファ-オレフィンインターポリマーが、エチレン/アルファ-オレフィンブロックコポリマーである、項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄ワイプ。
項6.
前記第1のエチレン/アルファ-オレフィンインターポリマーが、4.0未満、又は代替的に3.5未満のMz,cc/Mn,ccを有する、項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄ワイプ。
項7.
前記第1のエチレン/アルファ-オレフィンインターポリマーが、コンベンショナルゲル浸透クロマトグラフィで判定される際、前記第1のエチレン/アルファ-オレフィンインターポリマーの総重量に基づいて、2.5%未満、又は代替的に1.0%未満の105g/モル超の分子量の重量分率(w)を有する、項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄ワイプ。
項8.
前記第1のエチレン/アルファ-オレフィンインターポリマーが、50%超、又は代替的に50%~98%、又は代替的に50%~85%のコモノマー分布幅指数を有する、項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄ワイプ。
項9.
20分間吊り下げた後の前記洗浄ワイプの含水量(%)が、800%超である、項1、4~6のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄ワイプ。
項10.
前記洗浄ワイプが、1つ以上のスパンボンド不織布を更に含む、項1、3~6のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄ワイプ。
Claims (10)
- 不織布から形成された洗浄ワイプであって、
0.911~0.939g/ccの密度、50,000cP以下のブルックフィールド粘度、及び1.8~3.5の分子量分布(Mw,cc/Mn,cc)を有する第1のエチレン/アルファ-オレフィンインターポリマーと、
2.5重量%~25重量%の、0.900g/cc未満の密度及び少なくとも10g/10分のメルトインデックス(I2)を有する第2のエチレン/アルファ-オレフィンインターポリマーと、を含む、洗浄ワイプ。 - SaMbSc構成を有する洗浄ワイプであって、式中、Sが、スパンボンド不織布であり、Mが、メルトブローン層であり、a及びcが、Sの層の数であり、0~5の範囲の独立した整数であり、bが、Mの層の数であり、1~5の範囲の独立した整数であり、

- 前記第2のエチレン/アルファ-オレフィンインターポリマーが、エチレン/アルファ-オレフィンブロックコポリマーである、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄ワイプ。
- 前記第1のエチレン/アルファ-オレフィンインターポリマーが、4.0未満のMz,cc/Mn,ccを有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄ワイプ。
- 前記第1のエチレン/アルファ-オレフィンインターポリマーが、コンベンショナルゲル浸透クロマトグラフィで判定される際、前記第1のエチレン/アルファ-オレフィンインターポリマーの総重量に基づいて、2.5%未満の105g/モル超の分子量の重量分率(w)を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄ワイプ。
- 前記第1のエチレン/アルファ-オレフィンインターポリマーが、50%以上のコモノマー分布幅指数を有する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄ワイプ。
- 20分間吊り下げた後の前記洗浄ワイプの含水量(%)が、800%超である、請求項1、4~6のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄ワイプ。
- 前記洗浄ワイプが、1つ以上のスパンボンド不織布を更に含む、請求項1、3~6のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄ワイプ。
