Description
ナノ繊維ウエブを作るプロセスが、WO2006/131081、WO2008/106903に記載されている。
様々な接合技術を使用することができる。ホットメルト・グラビア積層技術、超音波接合技術、浸漬接合技術、UFD繊維化スプレー技術(ホットメルト)、および紡糸ウエブ接合技術がある。
カレンダ仕上げを、布、メッシュ、積層通気材などの材料に使用して、より滑らかで薄い材料を得る。これにより、材料は、高い温度および圧力のローラの間またはその下に通される。カレンダ仕上げの条件によっては、孔の大きさおよび形状が影響を受けることがある。
工業用および医療用織物ならびに複合材料の撥水撥油性のような表面特性を向上させるために、織物仕上げプロセスとして織物材料のプラズマ処理を施すことができる。従来の湿式化学繊維仕上げと比べて、プラズマ技術は環境問題に関して有利である。PECVD処理により、例えば、接着性の向上、疎水性の向上、表面への特別な官能基の導入、または表面形態の改質を達成することができる。
Claims (13)
- 第1の化合物から作られた、疎水性および疎油性を有する外側機能層と、
第2の化合物から作られた、疎水性を有する第2の機能層と
を含み、
前記第1の化合物と前記第2の化合物とが、互いに異なり、
前記外側機能層が、前記第2の機能層を少なくとも部分的に被覆し、
前記第2の機能層が、ヘキサメチルジシロキサン(HMDSO)またはダイヤモンド状炭素(DLC)層ベースのプラズマ・ナノコーティングである、ポリマー布地。 - 第1の化合物から作られた、疎水性および疎油性を有する外側機能層と、
第2の化合物から作られた、疎水性を有する第2の機能層と
を含み、
前記第1の化合物と前記第2の化合物とが、互いに異なり、
前記外側機能層が、前記第2の機能層を少なくとも部分的に被覆するポリマー布地であって、
前記ポリマー布地が、少なくとも織担体層と電界紡糸膜層とを含む複合膜を含む、ポリマー布地。 - 前記第2の機能層が、疎油性を有していない、請求項1または2に記載のポリマー布地。
- 前記外側機能層が、1つ、2つ、もしくは3つの炭素原子のみを含むペルフルオロアルキル物質およびポリフルオロアルキル物質(PFAS)ベース、ならびに/またはペルフルオロポリエーテル化合物(PFPE)ベースのプラズマ・ナノコーティングである、請求項1または2に記載のポリマー布地。
- 前記外側機能層および/または前記第2の機能層が、低圧プラズマ・コーティング技術によって堆積される、請求項1または2に記載のポリマー布地。
- 前記ポリマー布地が、第1のモノフィラメント糸および第2のモノフィラメント糸の織物である織担体層を含み、前記第1のモノフィラメント糸および前記第2のモノフィラメント糸が、同じまたは異なるポリマー材料から製造される、請求項1または2に記載のポリマー布地。
- 前記外側機能層の厚さは、前記第2の機能層の厚さの2分の1以下である、請求項1または2に記載のポリマー布地。
- 第1の化合物から作られた、疎水性および疎油性を提供する外側機能層が、低圧プラズマ・コーティング技術によってポリマー布地に堆積され、
第2の化合物から作られた、疎水性を提供する第2の機能層が、低圧プラズマ・コーティング技術によって前記ポリマー布地に堆積され、
前記外側機能層と前記第2の機能層とが、互いに異なり、
前記外側機能層が前記ポリマー布地に堆積される前に、前記第2の機能層が前記ポリマー布地に堆積され、
前記外側機能層が、前記第2の機能層を少なくとも部分的に被覆する、
ポリマー布地を製造する方法。 - 前記第2の機能層の前記堆積の前に、アルゴン、ヘリウム、窒素、酸素、およびテトラフルオロメタン・ガス、ならびに/またはそれらの混合ガスを使用して、低圧プラズマ技術によって前記ポリマー布地の前処理が行われる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の機能層の前記堆積の前に、ポリマー布地の2ステップ前処理が行われ、
第1のステップで、グラビアおよび/またはスロット・ダイ・コーティング法を使用して、前記ポリマー布地が、紫外線硬化インプリント樹脂で被覆され、
第2のステップで、紫外線インプリントおよび/または熱エンボス加工法を使用して、表面パターニングが行われる、
請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の機能層の前記堆積の前に、前記ポリマー布地の前処理が行われ、前記ポリマー布地が、水酸化ナトリウム(NaOH)を含む水溶液で処理される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記外側機能層および/または前記第2の機能層が、1つのプロセスにおいて1つの処理ステップで堆積されて、フッ素ドープHMDSOプラズマ・ナノコーティングおよび/またはフッ素ドープDLCプラズマ・ナノコーティングを得る、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 低圧プラズマ・コーティング・デバイスを備える、ポリマー布地を製造するための装置であって、
前記低圧プラズマ・コーティング・デバイスが、
・第1の化合物から作られた、疎水性および疎油性を提供する外側機能層を、低圧プラズマコーティング技術によって前記ポリマー布地に堆積させるように構成され、
・第2の化合物から作られた、疎水性を提供する第2の機能層を、低圧プラズマコーティング技術によって前記ポリマー布地に堆積させるように構成され、前記外側機能層と前記第2の機能層とが、互いに異なり、
前記低圧プラズマ・コーティング・デバイスが、
・最初に前記第2の機能層を前記ポリマー布地に堆積させ、次に前記外側機能層を前記ポリマー布地に堆積させるように構成され、前記外側機能層が、前記第2の機能層を少なくとも部分的に被覆する、
