Claims (11)
- 単回使用プロセスをセットアップするための装置であって、
プロセッサシステムと、
前記プロセッサシステムに通信可能に結合するメモリであって、前記プロセッサシステムが、
前記単回使用プロセスの単回使用構成部品を表すオブジェクトクラスを含むオブジェクト指向プログラミングインタフェースを介して制御インタフェースを構成し、かつ、
前記単回使用構成部品と関連するすべてのポートが接続されているとき、前記単回使用構成部品を検証して、前記制御インタフェース内の、アクティブ状態に、前記オブジェクトクラスのインスタンスである単回使用(SU)オブジェクトの起動状態を設定することを可能にする保存された命令を含むメモリとを備える、装置。 - 前記命令は、前記プロセッサシステムが前記制御インタフェースを構成することを、
前記SUオブジェクトを用いてグラフィカルインタフェースを構築すること、および
前記単回使用構成部品の第1の特性に基づいて装置セットアップテーブルを構成することによって可能にする、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記命令は、前記プロセッサシステムが、前記単回使用構成部品と関連するすべてのポートが接続されていることを、
前記ポートと係合するクランプから受信した暗示に応じて、前記単回使用構成部品と関連するポートに対応するポートインジケータを前記グラフィカルインタフェースの非アクティブ状態からアクティブ状態に移行すること、および
SUオブジェクト状態テーブルを更新して、ポートが接続されていることを示すことによって検出可能にする、請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記第1の特性が、少なくとも部品番号またはモデル番号を含む、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記命令は、前記プロセッサシステムが、
前記単回使用構成部品から構成部品識別情報を取得し、かつ、
前記取得した構成部品識別情報を前記装置セットアップテーブル内の対応する第1の特性と比較して、前記単回使用構成部品を検証することを可能にする、請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記命令は、前記プロセッサシステムが、前記取得した構成部品識別情報を部品表テーブル内の前記単回使用構成部品と関連する第2の特性と比較することを可能にする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の特性は、ロット番号である、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記命令は、前記プロセッサシステムが、前記単回使用構成部品が検証されたとき、前記SUオブジェクトを前記グラフィカルインタフェースの非アクティブ状態からアクティブ状態へ移行することを可能にする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記命令は、前記プロセッサシステムが、前記単回使用構成部品を検証することを、
前記単回使用プロセスのすべての電気的接続を確認すること、および
前記制御インタフェースを起動された制御インタフェースに移行することによって可能にする、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記命令は、前記プロセッサシステムが、前記単回使用構成部品の完全性テストを実行することを可能にする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記命令は、前記プロセッサシステムが、前記単回使用構成部品を操作することを、
接続状態の変化に対するポート接続を監視すること、
バッチ実施中に前記単回使用プロセスのポートと関連するクランプから受信した暗示に基づいて未検証のポート接続を検出すること、および
前記未検証のポート接続の検出に応じて警報を発することによって可能にする、請求項1に記載の装置。
