Claims (10)
- 積層固定子コア(2)を備える電気機械(100)用の固定子(1)であって、前記積層固定子コア(2)が、固定子軸に平行な軸方向(A)に沿って配置された固定子スロット(3)および前記固定子スロット(3)の半径方向内側を開口するスロットスリット(7)を有し、流体密スロット絶縁体(5)が、前記固定子スロット(3)の内壁面から前記スロットスリット(7)に亘って連続して延在することで、前記流体密スロット絶縁体(5)に囲まれた、前記固定子スロット(3)の内部空間(5´)および前記スロットスリット(7)内に突出する冷却チャネル(6)を画定しており、導電体(4)が前記固定子スロット(3)内の前記内部空間(5´)に配置され、前記冷却チャネル(6)は、前記軸方向(A)に対して直交に定められた径方向(R)で前記導電体(4)から離間配置されており、前記内部空間(5´)は、内部に前記導電体(4)を配置するとともに前記導電体を直接的に冷却できるよう構成されており、前記スロットスリット(7)の周方向(U)の幅は、前記前記固定子スロット(3)の周方向(U)の幅よりも狭い、ことを特徴とする固定子(1)。
- 前記積層固定子コア(2)のヨーク側の凹部(8)をさらに備え、前記流体密スロット絶縁体(5)が前記固定子スロット(3)の内壁面から前記凹部に亘って連続して延在して、前記凹部(8)内でもう一つの冷却チャネル(6)をさらに画定する、請求項1に記載の固定子(1)。
- 前記冷却チャネル(6)が前記内部空間(5´)に流体接続される、請求項1に記載の固定子(1)。
- 前記固定子(1)が、前記積層固定子コアの端面(2´)にエンドプレート(9)を有し、前記エンドプレート(9)が径方向部分(9.1)を有し、前記径方向部分(9.1)の主延在方向が前記径方向(R)に配置され、前記径方向部分(9.1)が、前記導電体(4)を、前記径方向部分(9.1)を通して前記固定子スロット(3)から前記固定子(1)の巻線オーバーハング領域(10)に通すための開口部(9.3)と、前記冷却チャネル(6)を前記巻線オーバーハング領域(10)に流体接続するためのさらなる開口部(9.4)とを有する、請求項1に記載の固定子(1)。
- 前記開口部(9.3)が、前記巻線オーバーハング領域(10)と前記冷却チャネル(6)の前記内部空間(5´)との間に流体密シール(9.7)を有する、請求項4に記載の固定子(1)。
- 前記開口部(9.3)の縁部が、前記スロット絶縁体(5)の縁部に流体密に接続され、前記開口部(9.3)の前記縁部が、好ましくは前記スロット絶縁体(5)の前記縁部に溶接若しくは接着結合される又は前記スロット絶縁体(5)の前記縁部に成形される、請求項4に記載の固定子(1)。
- 前記エンドプレート(9)が軸方向部分(9.5)を有し、前記軸方向部分(9.5)の主延在方向が前記軸方向(A)に配置され、前記軸方向部分(9.5)がチャネル(9.6)を有し、前記チャネル(9.6)が、前記冷却チャネル(6)の主延在方向に沿って配置される、請求項4に記載の固定子(1)。
- 前記エンドプレート(9)、特に前記径方向部分(9.1)が、前記積層固定子コア(2)の前記端面(2´)に接着結合される又は前記積層固定子コア(2)の前記端面(2´)に成形される、請求項4に記載の固定子(1)。
- 請求項1に記載の固定子(1)を備える電気機械(100)。
- 請求項9に記載の電気機械(100)を備える自動車(200)。
