Claims (8)
- 第1基板、第2基板及び信号処理チップを含み、前記第2基板と前記信号処理チップは前記第1基板の同じ側に位置し、前記第1基板の前記第2基板とは反対の側に第1アンテナアレイが設けられ、前記第2基板に第2アンテナアレイが搭載され、
前記第1基板は接続された第1表面及び第2表面を含み、前記第1表面は前記第2基板とは反対側であり、前記第2基板は接続された第3表面及び第4表面を含み、前記第4表面は前記第1基板とは反対側であり、前記第2表面と前記第3表面は面一であり、
前記第2アンテナアレイは少なくとも1つのアンテナ素子を含み、各アンテナ素子は少なくとも前記第2表面及び前記第3表面に接触し、
前記第4表面に第3アンテナアレイがさらに設けられる、
アンテナモジュール。 - 前記第1基板と前記第2基板の厚さの合計は前記アンテナモジュールの対応する動作周波数帯域の波長の4分の1から4分の3である、請求項1に記載のアンテナモジュール。
- 前記第2基板の厚さは前記信号処理チップの厚さ以下である、請求項1に記載のアンテナモジュール。
- 前記第2基板及び前記信号処理チップは第1基板に対して同一層に設けられ、前記アンテナモジュールは反射体をさらに含み、前記反射体は前記第2基板と前記信号処理チップとの間に位置し、前記反射体は前記第1基板の接地層又は前記第2基板の接地層に接続される、請求項1に記載のアンテナモジュール。
- 前記反射体にはアレイ状に配列されるビアホールが設けられ、前記ビアホールは導通された第1開口と第2開口を含み、前記第1開口は前記信号処理チップに向かい、前記第2開口は前記第2基板に向かう、請求項4に記載のアンテナモジュール。
- 前記第2アンテナアレイは前記第2基板の前記第1基板とは反対側の表面に設けられる、請求項1に記載のアンテナモジュール。
- 前記第1基板の片側に設けられ、且つ前記第2基板及び前記信号処理チップと同じ側に位置する基板対基板BTBコネクタをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のアンテナモジュール。
- 請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のアンテナモジュールを含む、電子機器。
