Description
本出願は、参照によりその全体が本明細書に組み込まれている、2019年2月8日に出願した米国仮出願第62/803,182号、名称「DIRECT CARDIAC PRESSURE MONITORING」の優先権を主張するものである。
本開示の実施形態による心臓圧力監視は、うっ血性心不全を予防するか、または治療するための予防的介入メカニズムを提供し得る。一般的に、拡張期および/または収縮期心不全に関連する心室充満圧の上昇は、入院につながる症状の発生前に起こり得る。たとえば、心臓圧力指標は、一部の患者に関しては入院の数週間前に現れることがある。したがって、本開示の実施形態による圧力監視システムは、有利には、心不全の発症前に薬剤の適切または望ましい滴定および/または投与を誘導することによって入院の症例を減らすために実施され得る。

いくつかの実施形態において、本開示によるセンサーインプラントデバイスは、中隔閉鎖デバイス、または他の組織閉鎖デバイスと一体化されたセンサーを備え得る。いくつかの実施形態は、中隔閉鎖デバイスの文脈において以下で開示されているが、そのような開示は、他のタイプの組織閉鎖デバイスと一体化された1つまたは複数のセンサーを含むセンサー一体化インプラントデバイスに適用可能であることは理解されるべきである。図18は、本開示の1つまたは複数の実施形態によるセンサー一体化中隔閉鎖デバイスの正面図を示している。図19は、組織壁18内に植え込まれた図18のセンサー一体化中隔閉鎖デバイスの斜視図を示している。図18に示されているように、センサー一体化中隔閉鎖デバイス100は、血液閉塞膜138を支持するように構成されているフレーム112を備えることができる。図19に関して、中隔閉鎖デバイス100は、中隔壁18内に植え込まれて、中隔壁を横切るシャントを閉鎖するものとしてよく、このシャントは、先天性のものであり得るか、または介入手技の際に形成されたものであり得る。いくつかの実施形態において、中隔閉塞器フレームおよび閉塞膜138が最初に中隔壁18に植え込まれ、その後、閉塞膜138を穿刺してその中にセンサーデバイス110を通すなどして、センサーデバイス110が中隔閉鎖装置に取り付けられてもよい。
