Claims (14)
- 歯科又は外科用途のハンドピース(1)であって、
- 回転軸(R)の周りを回転する駆動シャフト(2)を含む駆動機構によって、前記回転軸(R)を中心に回転して作動できるドリルツール(100)が取り外し可能な方法で挿入されたヘッド(10)と、
- 前記回転軸(R)に対して前記ドリルツール(100)を軸方向に保持するために、前記駆動シャフト(2)の内側に配置されたチャッキングクランプ(4)を含む、前記ドリルツール(100)用のクランプ装置であって、前記クランプ(4)はプランジャ(5)と協働する、クランプ装置と、
- 前記ドリルツール(100)を解放するために、前記プランジャ(5)に作用するように配置された押しボタン(61)と、を含み、
・前記ハンドピース(1)は、前記回転軸(R)の周りに対称的に配置され、前記押しボタン(61)の方向に前記プランジャ(5)に磁気引力(F)を及ぼす永久磁石(7)を含むことを特徴とする、ハンドピース(1)。 - 前記永久磁石(7)は、環状又は円筒形を有する、請求項1に記載のハンドピース(1)。
- 前記永久磁石(7)は、前記ヘッド(10)内の前記押しボタン(61)の保持ナット(62)上に配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載のハンドピース(1)。
- 前記永久磁石(7)は、軸方向保持カラー(722)を備えた保持ピース(72)によって、前記押しボタン(61)の前記保持ナット(62)に固定されている、請求項3に記載のハンドピース(1)。
- 前記永久磁石(7)は、前記押しボタン(61)に固定されている、請求項1又は2に記載のハンドピース(1)。
- 前記永久磁石(7)は、軸方向保持ワッシャ(71)と前記押しボタン(61)の下面(610)との間に配置されている、請求項5に記載のハンドピース(1)。
- 前記軸方向保持ワッシャ(71)は、強磁性材料でできている、請求項6に記載のハンドピース(1)。
- 前記押しボタン(61)内に配置された抗加熱ボール(8)であって、前記抗加熱ボール(8)は強磁性材料でできている、請求項5から7までのいずれか一項に記載のハンドピース(1)。
- 前記永久磁石(7)は、前記押しボタン(61)の下面(610)の凹部(611)に配置されたパッドによって形成され、前記駆動シャフト(2)と回転して一体である前記プランジャ(5)の上部(52)に配置された抗加熱ボール(8)と接触することができる、請求項5から7までのいずれか一項に記載のハンドピース(1)。
- 前記磁石(7)は、前記押しボタン(61)に組み込まれたミューメタルのカバー(57)によって覆われている、請求項5から9までのいずれか一項に記載のハンドピース(1)。
- 前記プランジャ(5)は、上向きに延びる第1の周辺環状突起(54)をさらに含む、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載のハンドピース(1)。
- 前記プランジャ(5)は、肩部(50)を超えて半径方向に延びる第2の周辺環状突起(55)をさらに含む、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載のハンドピース(1)。
- 前記プランジャ(5)は、磁性材料のキャップ(56)によって覆われ、前記キャップ(56)は、軸方向及び半径方向に同時に延びる環状ビード(561)を備える、請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載のハンドピース(1)。
- 前記プランジャ(5)は、硬度が800HV以下の鉄合金でできており、硬度が900HV以上の薄い硬質コーティングで覆われている、請求項1から13までのいずれか一項に記載のハンドピース。
