Description
The present invention relates to a peeling device and a peeling method.
2. Description of the Related Art A peeling device that peels off a resin film or the like attached to a workpiece such as a substrate is known.
Such a peeling device employs, for example, a method in which a film is adhered to an adhesive tape and the film is inverted from one end relative to the conveying direction of the workpiece, thereby peeling the film off the workpiece.
The technology relating to the peeling device is described in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-233696.
However, when a film is attached to an adhesive tape and then peeled off from a workpiece, depending on the direction in which the film is peeled off relative to the workpiece's attachment surface, an inappropriate force may be applied to the workpiece. In addition, when films are peeled off continuously from multiple workpieces, the consumption of the adhesive tape that adheres the film may increase, and a large amount of film is peeled off, which makes the disposal of the film after peeling problematic. Furthermore, depending on the method of peeling off films continuously from multiple workpieces, the equipment may become large and complicated.
In other words, there is room for improvement in the function of the conventional peeling device for peeling a film from a workpiece.
The objective of the present invention is to improve the functionality of a peeling device that peels a film from a workpiece.

The present invention can improve the functionality of a peeling device that peels a film off a workpiece.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

In the following description, the member referred to as the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
The
Moreover, the
The
The
The

One end of the clutch 72 is connected to the output shaft of the
図1に戻り、制御部80は、PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)あるいはPC(Personal Computer)等の制御機能を備える装置によって構成され、剥離装置1全体の動作を制御する。
Returning to FIG. 1, the

In step S2, the
As shown in FIG. 7, in the peel preparation step,
In step S3, the
As shown in FIG. 8, in the tape adhering process, the lifting

In step S5,

As a result,
FIG. 12 is a schematic diagram showing the state of
As shown in FIG. 12, one end of
This makes it possible to peel off and store the
As described above, the
