Claims (12)
- 外形を形成するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに提供され、瞬間乳化されたエマルションを前記ハウジングの外部に吐出するポンプと、
前記ハウジングに提供され、内相流体を保存する第1容器と、
前記ハウジングに提供され、機能性原料を含む機能性流体を保存する第2容器と、
前記ハウジングに提供され、外相流体を保存する第3容器と、
前記ハウジングに提供され、外相流体と内相流体と機能性流体との提供を受けエマルションを生成するチャンネル部と、
前記チャンネル部で生成されたエマルションを前記ポンプに提供するチューブとを含み、
前記チャンネル部は、
内相流体と機能性流体とを混合して混合流体を生成する第1チャンネルと、
前記第1チャンネルから提供される混合流体と外相流体とを混合してエマルションを生成する第2チャンネルとを含み、
前記第1チャンネルは、
前記内相流体と前記機能性流体を一緒に流しながら混合流体を生成する、連続的に配置されている複数の混合部を含み、
前記混合部は、
進入する流体が一方向に回転するように案内する第1回転経路と、

前記チューブは、前記第3チャンネルに連結され、増粘剤が混合されたエマルションを前記ポンプに提供する、請求項1に記載の瞬間乳化化粧品製造装置。 - 前記第3チャンネルは、
前記第2チャンネルから提供されるエマルションが注入されるエマルション注入口と、
増粘剤が注入される増粘剤注入口と、
前記エマルション注入口に提供されたエマルションと、前記増粘剤注入口に提供された増粘剤が合流する第3合流部と、
前記第3合流部で合流したエマルションと増粘剤とを一緒に流しながら互いに混ざり合うようにする増粘剤混合部と、
前記チューブに連結され、増粘剤が混じったエマルションを吐出する第3吐出口とを含む、請求項10に記載の瞬間乳化化粧品製造装置。 - 前記ポンプの操作により発生する圧力により、内相流体と機能性流体と外相流体とが前記チャンネル部に供給されてエマルションが生成され、生成されたエマルションが前記チューブを介して前記ポンプに供給される、請求項1に記載の瞬間乳化化粧品製造装置。
