前記拡張可能なペレットは、拡張すると、前記内部空間よりも大きな総容積を有し、前記ブラダーを膨張させる、条項23に記載の装置。
密閉空間(820)を画定する柔軟性のある膜(810)と、
前記発泡剤を含む、前記密閉空間内に配置された核(830)と、
を含むマイクロバルーン(800)を含む、条項23から25のいずれか一項に記載の装置。

Claims (16)
- 複合材部品の製造方法であって、
繊維強化材料から作られ、空洞を含むプリフォームをレイアップすること(202)と、
前記空洞内に、拡張可能なペレットが充填された一又は複数のブラダーを挿入すること(204)と、
トリガー条件に反応して前記ブラダーを膨張させること(208)と、
前記ブラダーが膨張している間に前記プリフォームを圧密化すること(210)と、
前記ブラダーを収縮させること(214)と、
前記空洞から前記ブラダーを除去すること(216)と、
を含む製造方法。 - 前記ブラダーが膨張している間に前記プリフォームを複合材部品へと硬化すること(212)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ペレット内の発泡剤によって前記拡張可能なペレットの容積を増大させることをさらに含み、
前記ブラダーの膨張は、増大する前記ペレットの前記容積によって引き起こされる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記トリガー条件に反応して前記発泡剤からガスを放出することによって、前記ペレットの前記容積を増大させることをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ブラダーの外側にある前記空洞に充填材ペレットを挿入することをさらに含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 追加の拡張可能なペレットが充填された追加のブラダーを前記空洞に挿入することをさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記空洞の断面形状に基づいて、前記空洞内に前記ブラダーを配置することをさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ブラダーの膨張の前にマンドレルに対して前記プリフォームをレイアップすることをさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記トリガー条件は、温度トリガー反応、減圧、紫外線トリガー化学反応、及び付加的な部品の混合からなる群から選択される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- プログラミングされた命令を具現化する非一過性のコンピュータ可読媒体であって、前記命令は、プロセッサによって実行されると、複合材部品を製造するための方法を実施するように動作可能であり、前記方法は、
繊維強化材料から作られ、空洞を含むプリフォームをレイアップすること(202)と、
前記空洞内に、拡張可能なペレットが充填された一又は複数のブラダーを挿入すること(204)と、
トリガー条件に反応して前記ブラダーを膨張させること(208)と、
前記ブラダーが膨張している間に前記プリフォームを圧密化すること(210)と、
前記ブラダーを収縮させること(214)と、
前記空洞から前記ブラダーを除去すること(216)と、
を含む、非一過性のコンピュータ可読媒体。 - 複合材部品を製造するためのコンピュータプログラムであって、
繊維強化材料から作られ、空洞を含むプリフォームをレイアップすること(202)と、
前記空洞内に、拡張可能なペレットが充填された一又は複数のブラダーを挿入すること(204)と、
トリガー条件に反応して前記ブラダーを膨張させること(208)と、
前記ブラダーが膨張している間に前記プリフォームを圧密化すること(210)と、

前記空洞から前記ブラダーを除去すること(216)と
をプロセッサに実行させる、コンピュータプログラム。 - 複合材部品を製造するための装置であって、
膨張及び収縮可能なブラダー(100)と、
前記ブラダーの内部空間(140)内に配置され、発泡剤(722)を含む拡張可能なペレット(130)と、
を含む装置。 - 前記発泡剤は、トリガー条件に反応して前記拡張可能なペレットのサイズを大きくする、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記拡張可能なペレットはそれぞれ、発泡剤が充填される気密性のポケット(720)を有する柔軟性のある材料のマトリクス(710)を含む、請求項12又は13に記載の装置。
- 前記拡張可能なペレットはそれぞれ、
密閉空間(820)を画定する柔軟性のある膜(810)と、
前記発泡剤を含む、前記密閉空間内に配置された核(830)と、
を含むマイクロバルーン(800)を含む、請求項12から14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記ブラダーの柔軟性のある外皮(910)は、前記ブラダーの拡張量を制御する繊維(920)で強化されている、請求項12から15のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
