Claims (3)
- 微小電子機械システムジャイロスコープと、前記微小電子機械システムジャイロスコープに接続された電子回路を含むジャイロスコープシステムであって、前記電子回路は、電流バッファと、前記電流バッファに結合されたトランスインピーダンス増幅器と、第1のトランジスタと、第2のトランジスタと、第1の抵抗器Aと、第1の抵抗器Bと、を含み、前記電流バッファの反転入力端子が、前記第1の抵抗器Aの一端と接続され、前記電流バッファの非反転入力端子が、前記第1の抵抗器Bの一端と接続され、前記第1のトランジスタは、ソースが前記電流バッファの前記反転入力端子に接続されて、ドレインが前記トランスインピーダンス増幅器の反転入力端子に接続され、ゲートが前記電流バッファの出力に接続されており、前記第2のトランジスタは、ソースが前記電流バッファの前記非反転入力端子に接続されて、ドレインが前記トランスインピーダンス増幅器の非反転入力端子に接続され、ゲートが前記電流バッファの出力に接続されており、前記第1の抵抗器Aの他端がアースに接続され、前記第1の抵抗器Bの他端がアースに接続され、前記微小電子機械システムジャイロスコープは、前記第1の抵抗器Aの一端および前記第1の抵抗器Bの一端に接続され、前記電流バッファが、前記微小電子機械システムジャイロスコープと前記トランスインピーダンス増幅器の間に設けられることにより、前記微小電子機械システムジャイロスコープ内の負荷を前記トランスインピーダンス増幅器から隔離するように構成された、ジャイロスコープシステム。
- 第3の抵抗器Aと第3の抵抗器Bを含み、前記第3の抵抗器Aは、一端が前記トランスインピーダンス増幅器の出力と接続され他端が前記トランスインピーダンス増幅器の反転入力端子と接続され、前記第3の抵抗器Bは、一端が前記トランスインピーダンス増幅器の出力と接続され他端が前記トランスインピーダンス増幅器の非反転入力端子と接続された、請求項1に記載のジャイロスコープシステム。
- 前記電子回路の入力側のインピーダンスと前記電子回路の出力側のインピーダンスが異なる、請求項1に記載のジャイロスコープシステム。
