The present invention relates to a device for supporting the electronicization of general meeting convening notices, a control method for the device for supporting the electronicization of general meeting convening notices, and a program for supporting the electronicization of general meeting convening notices.

Conventionally, documents related to the convening of general shareholders' meetings were basically sent to shareholders in printed form by mail, with only a portion of them being posted on a web page. In addition, Patent Document 1 describes a company control support system that allows shareholders to exercise voting rights efficiently and safely.

Recently, a legal amendment has put into place a system for electronic provision of materials for general shareholders' meetings, including documents related to the notice of the general shareholders' meeting. As a result, there is a demand for technology to support the electronicization of materials for general shareholders' meetings, including documents related to the notice of the general shareholders' meeting. However, the technology described in Patent Document 1 is related to the exercise of voting rights, and is not a technology to support the electronicization of documents related to the notice of the general shareholders' meeting in a manner suitable for operation after the legal amendment. One aspect of the present invention aims to realize a device and related technology for supporting the electronicization of documents related to the notice of the general shareholders' meeting, suitable for operation after the legal amendment in which documents related to the notice of the general shareholders' meeting have been electronically provided.

In order to solve the above problems, a shareholder meeting convening notice electronic response support device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a generation unit that generates original data of an electronic document related to a shareholder meeting convening notice, a storage unit that stores the original data, an acquisition unit that acquires a posting start date and time that is the date and time when posting of the electronic document related to the shareholder meeting convening notice begins and a posting end date and time that is the date and time when posting of the electronic document related to the shareholder meeting convening notice ends, and a posting management unit that transmits the original data to a posting device at the posting start date and time, starts posting of the electronic document related to the shareholder meeting convening notice, and causes the posting device to end posting of the electronic document related to the shareholder meeting convening notice at the posting end date and time.

A method for controlling a general meeting convening notice electronic response support device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a generating step in which the general meeting convening notice electronic response support device generates original data of an electronic document related to the general meeting convening notice, a storing step in which the general meeting convening notice electronic response support device stores the original data, an acquiring step in which the general meeting convening notice electronic response support device acquires a posting start date and time at which the posting of the electronic document related to the general meeting convening notice begins and a posting end date and time at which the posting of the electronic document related to the general meeting convening notice ends, and a posting management step in which the general meeting convening notice electronic response support device transmits the original data to a posting device at the posting start date and time to start posting the electronic document related to the general meeting convening notice and to end the posting of the electronic document related to the general meeting convening notice on the posting end date and time.

The shareholder meeting convening notice electronic response support device according to each aspect of the present invention may be realized by a computer. The control unit 32 performs overall control of the processing of the terminal device 30. As shown in Fig. 1, the control unit 32 includes a display control unit 321. The display control unit 321 causes the display unit 31 to display the electronic document to be posted on the posting device 20.

(Communication unit 33)
The communication unit 33 performs wired or wireless communication with the communication units 14 and 21 via networks N2 and N3 such as the Internet.

The process S1 of the system for supporting the electronicization of general shareholders meeting convocation notices will be described below with reference to Figures 2 and 3. When acquiring the first setting information for generating print data, the first setting information acquisition unit 15 may acquire in advance first setting information indicating which type of print data is to be generated from among the multiple types of print data. For example, when check boxes corresponding to the multiple types of print data are displayed on the display unit 31 and another terminal device used by a company that creates a notice of a general shareholders' meeting accepts the selection of one of the check boxes from the company, the first setting information acquisition unit 15 may acquire first setting information indicating that print data corresponding to the check box is to be generated.
