Description
The present invention relates to a presentation device that presents information.
When starting a new project, it may be necessary to decide on the members who will carry out the project. In such cases, it may be difficult to manually identify the expertise of each of the many candidates to become members and decide on the most appropriate members for the project.
As described in
However, the above-mentioned method determines whether each member of past projects meets the requirements of the project to be processed, but does not take into account the interpersonal relationships between members. For this reason, it is desirable to more appropriately select members who can carry out the project while taking into account interpersonal relationships.
The present invention was made in consideration of the above-mentioned situation, and relates to a presentation device that can present to a user members suitable for carrying out a project.
The presentation device according to this embodiment is a presentation device that presents a member list for a new project to a user, and includes at least one processor. The at least one processor accepts input of important keywords related to the project from a user, acquires communication history information including communication destinations and communication contents of each of the multiple candidates for each of the multiple candidates, determines multiple members for the project including key members based on the communication history information and the important keywords, generates a member list indicating the multiple members, and outputs the member list. When determining the multiple members, the device calculates a first parameter indicating the number of communication communications related to the important keyword by counting the number of first history information, which is communication history information whose communication contents include the important keyword, for each of the multiple candidates, and determines a candidate with a relatively large first parameter as a key member among the multiple members. The device calculates a second parameter indicating the number of communication communications with key members related to the important keyword by counting the number of second history information, which is communication history information whose communication destination is a key member and whose communication contents include the important keyword, for each of the multiple candidates, and determines the multiple members from the multiple candidates in order of those with the relatively large second parameters according to the number of people required for the project.
According to this embodiment, the number of pieces of first history information containing the important keyword in the communication content is counted for each of the multiple candidates based on the communication history information and the important keyword, thereby calculating a first parameter indicating the number of communication communications related to the important keyword. Then, among the multiple candidates, a person having a relatively large first parameter is determined as a key member among the multiple members. Then, for each of the multiple candidates, the number of pieces of second history information in which the communication destination is a key member and the communication content contains the important keyword is counted, thereby calculating a second parameter indicating the number of communication communications with the key member regarding the important keyword. Then, according to the number of people required for the project, the multiple candidates are determined in order of those having a relatively large second parameter as the multiple members. Then, a member list indicating the multiple members is generated and the member list is output. In other words, as members for the project, key members who are considered to have expertise in the project among the multiple candidates because they have a relatively large number of communication communications related to the important keyword, and other members who have already communicated with the key members regarding the important keyword are determined. As a result, as members for the project, members who have built human relationships that make it easy to smoothly discuss the project with the key members as the axis can be presented to the user.
According to the present invention, it is possible to present to the user members suitable for carrying out the project.
Embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the description of the drawings, the same or equivalent elements will be designated by the same reference numerals, and duplicate descriptions will be omitted.
1 shows the overall configuration of the
The terminal device T is a terminal device T used by employees (candidates) and users U. Examples of the terminal device T include mobile terminals such as smartphones, tablet terminals, and feature phones, landline telephones, notebook PCs, and desktop PCs.
The terminal device T generates communication information regarding communications between multiple employees using their respective terminal devices T. For example, when an employee uses the telephone function of the terminal device T to call another employee, and when an employee uses an email application installed on the terminal device T to send an email to another employee, the terminal device T generates communication information. Details of the communication information will be described later. For example, the terminal device T transmits communication information to the
The
The
In this embodiment, the communication history information is obtained by acquiring call history information and email history information for each employee. Call history information is information regarding the history of calls an employee made to other employees using, for example, a smartphone, a landline phone, etc. Email history information is information regarding the history of emails an employee sent and received to other employees using, for example, a desktop PC, a smartphone, etc.
3 is an example of communication history information (call history information and e-mail history information) acquired by the
"Communication content" is information indicating the specific content of communication between the employee identified by the "employee ID" and the employee identified by the "contact ID". When the communication history information is call history information, the "communication content" is the content of the calls made by the employees. The "call content" is, for example, text information in which the voice of the employee's call is converted into a character string by the terminal device T or the
The
The
The
In this embodiment, the
In the example shown in FIG. 4, the threshold and the specified period are set so that the number of communications per year in the last three years is X times or more. In this case, the
The
The
The
Specifically, the
Here, the first history information will be described using the example shown in FIG. 1. As shown in FIG. 1, for example, when the
In this way, the
The expertise parameter is a parameter indicating the number of communications related to important keywords. In this embodiment, the expertise parameter indicates the number of first history information items counted by the
In this embodiment, the
In the example shown in FIG. 5, among the multiple employees, employee EC whose "employee ID" is CCC has the largest expertise parameter. Therefore, the
Next, the
In the example shown in FIG. 1, the
In this way, the
The personal connection parameter is a parameter indicating the number of communications with key members regarding important keywords. In this embodiment, the personal connection parameter indicates the number of pieces of second history information counted by the
In this embodiment, the

First, the
Next, the effects of the
In other words, the
In particular, the expertise of each project member, as well as the interpersonal relationships between members, are important factors in the smooth execution of a project. In this embodiment, among multiple employees, the employee with the highest expertise parameter (i.e., the employee who is considered to have expertise in the project) is first determined as a key member. Then, by referring to the communication list, employees who are considered to already have relationships with key members and have high interpersonal parameters (i.e., employees who have built interpersonal relationships that make it easy to smoothly discuss the project with key members) are determined as project members. Therefore, according to this embodiment, project members who have built interpersonal relationships that enable smooth execution of the project can be presented to user U.
In addition, in this embodiment, before the project members are determined, a process is executed for each employee to generate a communication list showing other employees who have more communication with the first employee than a predetermined threshold by counting the number of communications between the first employee and each of the other employees different from the first employee based on the communication history information of the first employee. Then, when the project members are determined, the number of pieces of second history information is counted for each of the other employees shown in the communication list of the main member to calculate a personal connection parameter, and according to the required number of people, the other employees shown in the communication list are determined as project members in order of relatively large personal connection parameters. With this configuration, the project members are determined from a state in which the number of employees who have the most communication with the main members is narrowed down in advance, so that the calculation load of the process can be reduced compared to the case of determining project members from all employees.
In addition, in this embodiment, when communication history information is acquired, call history information is acquired for each employee, including the destinations of calls made by each employee as communication destinations and the contents of calls made by each employee as communication contents, and the first history information includes call history information in which important keywords are included in the call contents, and the second history information includes call history information in which the destination is a key member and the call contents include important keywords. With this configuration, the number of first history information and the number of second history information are counted based on the history information of telephone communication, which is one of the most commonly used communication tools, so that project members who have built relationships that facilitate smooth discussions about the project can be reliably determined.
In addition, in this embodiment, when communication history information is obtained, email history information is obtained for each employee, including the destinations of emails sent and received by each employee as communication destinations, and the content of emails sent and received by each employee as communication content, and the first history information includes email history information whose email content includes important keywords, and the second history information includes email history information whose destinations are key members and whose email content includes important keywords. With this configuration, the amount of first history information and the amount of second history information are counted based on the history information of email, which is one of the most commonly used communication tools, so that it is possible to reliably determine members who have built relationships that make it easy to smoothly discuss projects.
The above embodiment is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, but can be modified in various ways as described below.
For example, the
The communication history information of each employee does not have to be generated by the
The
The
The email history information may further include, for each employee, information on the send destination or copy destination as the type of destination in the email received by each employee. In this case, the
Specifically, when counting the number of first history information and second history information, the
For example, if an employee receives an email with a destination type of TO, the employee is considered to be an important person with respect to the content of the email, compared to when the destination type is CC. In this modified example, the counts of the first history information and the second history information are weighted based on the destination type, which changes depending on whether the recipient of the email is an important person with respect to the content of the mail, so that the first parameter and the second parameter can be calculated with high accuracy.
