Description
ステップ2であって、多孔質吸音粒子を接着剤、増粘剤と混合してスラリーを形成する。
ステップ3であって、有機ブラケット材料を上記スラリーに浸漬し、5~20分間放置した後に有機ブラケット材料及びスラリーを乾燥させ、吸音材料ブロックを得る。
質量比でゼオライト50部、水45部、ポリスチレンアクリル酸エステル5部を秤量して均一に混合し、押出球状化造粒プロセスによって吸音粒子吸音粒子を製造し、具体的には、造粒後に150~300メッシュの篩で粒径が約50~100μmの多孔質吸音粒子を篩分けする。
質量比でゼオライト50部、水45部、ポリスチレンアクリル酸エステル5部を秤量して均一に混合し、押出球状化造粒プロセスによって吸音粒子吸音粒子を製造し、具体的には、造粒後に150~300メッシュの篩で粒径が約50~100μmの多孔質吸音粒子を篩分けする。

質量比で活性炭50部、水40部、ポリアクリル酸エステル5部及び過酸化水素水5部を秤量して均一に混合し、噴霧造粒プロセスによって吸音粒子を製造し、具体的には、造粒後に150~300メッシュの篩で粒径が約50~100μmの多孔質吸音粒子を篩分けする。
Claims (7)
- 吸音材料ブロックであって、多孔質吸音粒子、有機ブラケット材料、接着剤及び増粘剤を含み、前記多孔質吸音粒子は、前記接着剤により前記有機ブラケット材料に接着され、前記多孔質吸音粒子の粒径は10~100μmであり、
前記有機ブラケット材料は、三次元構造を有し、前記有機ブラケット材料はメラミンフォーム、ポリウレタンフォーム、ポリエチレンフォームのうちの1種を含み、前記有機ブラケット材料の密度は、1~10mg/cm 3 であり、前記有機ブラケット材料は、複数のスルーホールを含み、前記有機ブラケット材料の空孔率は50%より大きく、前記スルーホールの平均孔径は50~300μmである、ことを特徴とする吸音材料ブロック。 - 前記多孔質吸音粒子は、粒径が10μmより小さい多孔質粒子で構成され、前記多孔質粒子はゼオライト及び活性炭を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸音材料ブロック。
- 前記ゼオライトは、MFI、MEL及びFERのうちの少なくとも1種の構造を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の吸音材料ブロック。
- 前記接着剤は、ポリアクリル酸エステル、ポリスチレンアクリル酸エステル、ポリスチレン酢酸エステル、ポリエチルエチレン酢酸エステル塩のうちの少なくとも1種を含み、前記吸音材料ブロックは2~10wt%の前記接着剤を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸音材料ブロック。
- 前記増粘剤は、アルギン酸ナトリウム、ヒドロキシメチルセルロースナトリウム及びポリビニルアルコールのうちの少なくとも1種を含み、前記吸音材料ブロックは0.5~2wt%の前記増粘剤を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸音材料ブロック。
- 請求項1に記載の吸音材料ブロックの製造方法であって、
前記多孔質粒子を焼結又は接着した後、押出球状化造粒プロセス又は噴霧造粒プロセスを採用して、粒径が10~100μmの前記多孔質吸音粒子を製造するステップと、
前記多孔質吸音粒子を前記接着剤、前記増粘剤と混合してスラリーを形成するステップと、
前記有機ブラケット材料を前記スラリーに浸漬して5~20分間放置した後に乾燥し、前記吸音材料ブロックを得るステップと、を含む、ことを特徴とする吸音材料ブロックの製造方法。 - スピーカボックスであって、
収容空間を有するハウジングと、前記収容空間内に収容されたスピーカ単体とを含み、前記スピーカ単体と前記ハウジングとが取り囲んでバックチャンバを形成し、前記バックチャンバ内に請求項1に記載の吸音材料ブロックが充填されている、ことを特徴とするスピーカボックス。
