Claims (11)
- スラリー濾過装置であって、
回転フィルタエレメント(30)と、
重力フィルタ(40)とを含み、
前記重力フィルタ(40)に供給口(41)と第一の排出口(42)が設けられ、前記供給口(41)の前記重力フィルタ(40)における高さは、前記第一の排出口(42)よりも高く、前記回転フィルタエレメント(30)は、前記供給口(41)に接続され、前記重力フィルタ(40)に正圧で濾過されたスラリーを提供するために用いられ、前記第一の排出口(42)は、前記重力フィルタ(40)により濾過されたスラリーを塗布装置に輸送するために用いられ、
前記重力フィルタ(40)は、タンク本体(43)と前記タンク本体(43)内に設置される濾過スクリーン(44)とを含み、前記供給口(41)と前記第一の排出口(42)は、それぞれ前記タンク本体(43)に設置され、
前記タンク本体(43)に第二の排出口(46)がさらに設けられ、前記第二の排出口(46)は、前記濾過スクリーン(44)が詰まり前記濾過スクリーン(44)により濾過されていないスラリーを排出するためのものである、スラリー濾過装置。 - 前記濾過スクリーン(44)の前記タンク本体(43)内における高さは、前記供給口(41)と前記第一の排出口(42)との間に介在する、請求項1に記載のスラリー濾過装置。
- 前記濾過スクリーン(44)は、底壁(441)と前記底壁(441)の周りに設置される側壁(442)とを含み、且つ前記側壁(442)と前記底壁(441)によって、頂部に開口を有するストレーナ室を囲んで形成され、前記底壁(441)と前記側壁(442)にいずれも濾過孔が設けられる、請求項2に記載のスラリー濾過装置。
- 前記濾過スクリーン(44)は、前記タンク本体(43)内に取り外し可能に設置される、請求項3に記載のスラリー濾過装置。
- 前記タンク本体(43)の内周壁に支持凸部(431)が設けられ、前記支持凸部(431)は、前記側壁(442)と前記タンク本体(43)の内周壁との間に位置し、前記側壁(442)の前記ストレーナ室の開口に近い箇所の外側にフランジ(443)がさらに設けられ、前記フランジ(443)は、前記支持凸部(431)の頂部に当接する、請求項4に記載のスラリー濾過装置。
- 前記濾過スクリーン(44)のメッシュ数は、20~70メッシュである、請求項2から5のいずれか1項に記載のスラリー濾過装置。
- 前記第二の排出口(46)の前記タンク本体(43)における最低点の高さが前記供給口(41)と前記濾過スクリーン(44)との間に位置するとともに、前記第二の排出口(46)が前記第一の排出口(42)と前記タンク本体(43)の外部で連通する、請求項2から6のいずれか1項に記載のスラリー濾過装置。
- 前記スラリー濾過装置は、中継タンク(50)とバッファタンク(60)とをさらに含み、前記中継タンク(50)の出口が前記供給口(41)と連通するとともに、前記回転フィルタエレメント(30)は、前記中継タンク(50)の出口と前記供給口(41)との間に位置し、前記中継タンク(50)は、前記回転フィルタエレメント(30)に濾過対象のスラリーを提供するために用いられ、前記バッファタンク(60)は、入口が前記第一の排出口(42)と連通し、前記重力フィルタ(40)により濾過されたスラリーを貯蔵し、且つ前記バッファタンク(60)の出口を介して塗布装置に輸送するために用いられる、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のスラリー濾過装置。
- 前記スラリー濾過装置は、二段目のフィルタエレメント(70)をさらに含み、前記二段目のフィルタエレメント(70)は、前記バッファタンク(60)の出口に接続され、前記二段目のフィルタエレメント(70)により濾過された濾過粒径が前記回転フィルタエレメント(30)の濾過粒径よりも小さい、請求項8に記載のスラリー濾過装置。
- 前記回転フィルタエレメント(30)の濾過粒径が0.15mmよりも大きく、前記二段目のフィルタエレメント(70)の濾過粒径が0.075mmよりも大きい、請求項9に記載のスラリー濾過装置。
- 塗布システムであって、塗布装置(10)と請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のスラリー濾過装置とを含み、前記スラリー濾過装置は、前記塗布装置(10)に濾過された塗布スラリーを提供するために用いられる、塗布システム。
