-垂直入射での透過で測定されたもの、-12と-2との間、及び/又は
-垂直入射での外部での反射で測定されたものは、-12と2との間、好ましくは-10と1との間、さらにより好ましくは-7と0との間、
-法線に対して60°の入射角における、外側での反射で測定されたものは、-10と2との間である。
以下の表1は、比較例(C1~C4)の為、及び本発明(実施例1a~1h)に従って製造された積層体の各層の幾何学的厚さをナノメートルで示す。製造された積層体は、30%のオーダーのLTを達成しようとする。
以下の表3は、比較例(C1~C4)及び本発明(実施例2a~2h)に従って製造された積層体の各層の幾何学的厚さをナノメートルで示す。製造された積層体は、40%のオーダーのLTを達成しようとする。
-実施例1において、比較例V2では透過色が緑すぎ、比較例V4では外部に反射した色が赤みを帯びている。
-実施例2において、V4では、指数a*は指数b*よりも低く、これは過度に緑がかった色合いを与え、比較例V2及びV4では、透過色が緑すぎる。
本開示は更に以下の態様を含んでいる:
《態様1》
太陽放射線及び/又は赤外線に作用することができる機能性被覆を形成する薄層の積層体で被覆された基材であって、前記被覆は、各々が前記基材から出発して少なくとも一連の層Di1/F1/Di2/F2/Di3を含むように、2つの誘電体被覆(Di)の間に配置された2つの金属機能層(F)を含んでおり、各誘電体被覆(Di)は、少なくとも1つの誘電体材料の層を含み、
前記被覆は、可視領域で吸収する少なくとも2つの層(A1、A2)を含み、前記2つの層(A1、A2)が、少なくとも2つの異なる誘電体被覆中に配置されていることを特徴とする、基材。
《態様2》
前記吸収体層(A1、A2)は、少なくとも1つの誘電体層によって金属機能層(F)から分離され、各吸収体層を金属機能層(F)から分離する全ての誘電体層の幾何学的厚さは、5nm以上であることを特徴とする、態様1に記載の被覆された基材。
《態様3》
前記第1の誘電体被覆(Di1)中に少なくとも1つの吸収体層を含むことを特徴とする、態様1又は2に記載の被覆された基材。
《態様4》
前記第2の誘電体被覆(Di2)中に少なくとも1つの吸収体層を含むことを特徴とする、態様1~3のいずれか一つに記載の被覆された基材。
《態様5》
前記第2の誘電体被覆(Di2)中に位置する前記吸収体層は、両側で、窒化ケイ素及び/又は窒化アルミニウムベースの層から選択される誘電体材料の層と接触して包囲されることを特徴とする、態様4に記載の被覆された基材。
《態様6》
前記第1の誘電体被覆(Di1)中に吸収体層(A1)が配置され、前記第2の誘電体被覆(Di2)中に第2の吸収体層(A2)が配置され、各吸収体層は、誘電体材料の少なくとも1つの層によって各金属機能層(F1及びF2)から分離されていることを特徴とする、態様1~5のいずれか一つに記載の被覆された基材。
《態様7》
積層体Di1a/A1/Di1b/F1/Di2a/A2/Di2b/F2/Di3において、前記第2の誘電体被覆(Di2a)の吸収体層の下の部分は、前記吸収体層上に位置する誘電体被覆(Di2b)の部分の光学的厚さよりも小さい光学的厚さを有することを特徴とする、態様6に記載の被覆された基材。
《態様8》
前記吸収体層(A1、A2)は、金属性又は窒化性であることを特徴とする、態様1~7のいずれか一つに記載の被覆された基材。
《態様9》
前記吸収体層は、NbN、TiN、NiCrN、SnZnN、ZrN、Ti、NiCr、Nb、Zr又はこれらの混合物の1つの材料をベースとする層から選択されることを特徴とする、態様1~8のいずれか一つに記載の被覆された基材。
《態様10》
60%未満、好ましくは50%未満の光透過率(LT)を示すことを特徴とする、態様1~9のいずれか一つに記載の被覆された基材。
《態様11》
「外側/6mm厚の透明ガラス/積層体/15mmの90%Arギャップ/6mm厚の透明ガラス/内側」構成において、光透過率(LT)が25~45%であることを特徴とする、態様1~10のいずれか一つに記載の被覆された基材。
《態様12》
「外側/6mm厚の透明ガラス/積層体/15mmの90%Arギャップ/6mm厚の透明ガラス/内側」構成において、1.4を超える選択性を示すことを特徴とする、態様1~11のいずれか一つに記載の被覆基材。
《態様13》
前記基材の被覆されていない面は、グレージングの外側を形成することを意図しており、外側における前記光反射(LR)は、「外側/6mm厚の透明ガラス/積層体/15~90mm厚のArギャップ/6mm厚の透明ガラス/内側」構成において、20%未満であることを特徴とする、態様1~12のいずれか一つに記載の被覆された基材。
《態様14》
前記被覆は、前記2つの金属機能層(F)のうちの少なくとも1つの上に堆積された金属ブロッキング層(OB)を含むことを特徴とする、態様1~13のいずれか一つに記載の被覆された基材。
《態様15》
前記被覆は、前記2つの金属機能層(F)のうちの少なくとも1つの下に堆積されたブロッキング金属層(UB)を含むことを特徴とする、態様1~14のいずれか一つに記載の被覆された基材。
《態様16》
前記誘電体被覆(Di)は、窒化物ベースの誘電体材料の少なくとも1つの層と、酸化物ベースの誘電体材料の少なくとも1つの層とを含み、前記窒化物ベースの層は、前記吸収体層と接触していることを特徴とする、態様1~15のいずれか一つに記載の被覆基材。
《態様17》
2つの透明基材を含む二重グレージングであって、前記グレージングの外側に配置された前記透明基材は、態様1~16のいずれか一つに記載の基材であることを特徴とする、二重グレージング。
Claims (13)
- 太陽放射線及び/又は赤外線に作用することができる機能性被覆を形成する薄層の積層体で被覆された基材であって、前記被覆は、各々が前記基材から出発して少なくとも一連の層である第1の誘電体被覆(Di1)/金属機能層(F1)/第2の誘電体被覆(Di2)/金属機能層F2/第3の誘電体被覆(Di3)を含むように、2つの誘電体被覆(Di)の間に配置された2つの金属機能層(F)を含んでおり、各誘電体被覆(Di)は、少なくとも1つの誘電体材料の層を含み、
前記被覆は、可視領域で吸収する少なくとも2つの吸収体層(A1、A2)を含み、前記2つの吸収体層(A1、A2)が、少なくとも2つの異なる誘電体被覆中に配置されており、
各誘電体被覆は、金属窒化物、金属酸化物又は金属酸窒化物タイプの誘電体材料からなり、
前記金属機能層(F)は、銀又は銀含有金属合金に基づく層であり、
前記吸収体層は、NbN、TiN、NiCrN、SnZnN、ZrN、Ti、NiCr、Nb、Zr又はこれらの混合物の1つの材料をベースとする層から選択される、金属または窒化されている金属からなる層であり、
前記吸収体層(A1、A2)は、少なくとも1つの誘電体層によって金属機能層(F)から分離され、各吸収体層を金属機能層(F)から分離する全ての誘電体層の幾何学的厚さは、5nm以上であり、
第1の吸収体層(A1)は、前記第1の誘電体被覆(Di1)中に配置され、第2の吸収体層(A2)は、前記第2の誘電体被覆(Di2)中に配置されていることを特徴とする、
基材。 - 前記第2の誘電体被覆(Di2)中に位置する前記第2の吸収体層は、両側で、窒化ケイ素及び/又は窒化アルミニウムベースの層から選択される誘電体材料の層と接触して包囲されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の被覆された基材。
- 前記第1の誘電体被覆(Di1)中に前記第1の吸収体層(A1)が配置され、前記第2の誘電体被覆(Di2)中に前記第2の吸収体層(A2)が配置され、各吸収体層は、誘電体材料の少なくとも1つの層によって各金属機能層(F1及びF2)から分離されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の被覆された基材。
- 積層体Di1a/A1/Di1b/F1/Di2a/A2/Di2b/F2/Di3において、前記第2の誘電体被覆のうち前記第2の吸収体層(A2)の下に位置する部分(Di2a)は、誘電体被覆のうち前記第2の吸収体層(A2)の上に位置する部分(Di2b)の光学的厚さよりも小さい光学的厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の被覆された基材。
- 前記吸収体層(A1、A2)は、金属性又は窒化性であることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の被覆された基材。
- 60%未満の光透過率(LT)を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の被覆された基材。
- 「外側/6mm厚の透明ガラス/積層体/15mmの90%Arギャップ/6mm厚の透明ガラス/内側」構成において、光透過率(LT)が25~45%であることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の被覆された基材。
- 「外側/6mm厚の透明ガラス/積層体/15mmの90%Arギャップ/6mm厚の透明ガラス/内側」構成において、1.4を超える選択性を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の被覆基材。
- 前記基材の被覆されていない面は、グレージングの外側を形成することを意図しており、外側における光反射(LR)は、「外側/6mm厚の透明ガラス/積層体/15~90mm厚のArギャップ/6mm厚の透明ガラス/内側」構成において、20%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の被覆された基材。
- 前記被覆は、前記2つの金属機能層(F)のうちの少なくとも1つの上に堆積された金属ブロッキング層(OB)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の被覆された基材。
- 前記被覆は、前記2つの金属機能層(F)のうちの少なくとも1つの下に堆積されたブロッキング金属層(UB)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の被覆された基材。
- 前記誘電体被覆(Di)は、窒化物ベースの誘電体材料の少なくとも1つの層と、酸化物ベースの誘電体材料の少なくとも1つの層とを含み、前記窒化物ベースの層は、前記吸収体層と接触していることを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の被覆基材。
- 2つの透明基材を含む二重グレージングであって、前記グレージングの外側に配置された前記透明基材は、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の基材であることを特徴とする、二重グレージング。
