Description
Claims (9)
- 車両における電子スロットル制御システム(100)であって、
電源(101)によって給電されるエンジン制御ユニット(ECU)(109)であって、前記車両のスロットルアクチュエータの位置を受け取るようにスロットル位置センサ(112)に対して電気的に構成されたECU(109)と、
スロットルバルブ(107)を作動させるためのモータ駆動信号を受け取るように前記ECU(109)によって制御されるスロットルモータ(105)とを備え、
前記ECU(109)は、1つまたは複数の所定の状態に基づいて前記電源(101)から前記スロットルモータ(105)への電力の供給を制御し、前記1つまたは複数の所定の状態のうちの1つの所定の状態は、前記車両の所定の速度である、電子スロットル制御システム(100)。 - 前記1つまたは複数の所定の状態のうちの第1の所定の状態は、所定の時間内に前記車両のエンジン(108)を始動することである、請求項1に記載の電子スロットル制御システム(100)。
- 前記1つまたは複数の所定の状態のうちの第2の所定の状態は、所定の時間内に前記車両のエンジンが始動できない場合に、前記車両の電子始動・停止スイッチ(110)を作動させる前に、前記スロットルモータ(105)の作動のための前記電源(101)の閾値電圧を達成することである、請求項1に記載の電子スロットル制御システム(100)。
- 前記ECU(109)は、前記スロットルモータ(105)の作動のための前記電源(101)の閾値電圧を達成できない場合に、前記車両の所定の速度に基づき、前記電源(101)から前記スロットルモータ(105)への電力の供給を制御する、請求項1に記載の電子スロットル制御システム(100)。
- 前記所定の速度は、1つまたは複数の車速センサ(111)を使用して測定される、請求項4に記載の電子スロットル制御システム(100)。
- 車両の電子スロットル制御システム(100)におけるスロットルモータ(105)を作動させるための方法であって、
前記電子スロットル制御システム(100)のエンジン制御ユニット(ECU)(109)により前記車両のイグニションキーのON状態を受け取るステップと、
前記ECU(109)によりスロットル入力をハンドルグリップ位置センサ(112)から受け取るステップと、
前記ECU(109)により1つまたは複数の所定の状態に基づいて前記スロットルモータ(105)への電力を制御するステップと、を含み、
前記1つまたは複数の所定の状態が、前記車両のエンジン(108)のON状態、および前記車両が所定の速度を達成することである、方法。 - 所定の時間の間、前記ECU(109)によりエンジンON状態をチェックするステップと、
前記エンジン(108)がOFF状態である場合、電源(101)を前記スロットルモータ(105)から切り離すステップと、を含む、請求項6に記載のスロットルモータ(105)を作動させるための方法。 - 前記車両の電子始動・停止スイッチ(110)を作動させる前に、前記スロットルモータ(105)の作動のための電源(101)の閾値電圧の達成をチェックするステップと、
電源(101)の電圧が前記閾値電圧より大きいとき、スロットルモータ(105)を使用可能にするステップと、を含む、請求項6に記載のスロットルモータ(105)を作動させるための方法。 - 前記スロットルモータ(105)の作動のための電源(101)の閾値電圧を達成できないとき、前記車両の所定の速度が所定の速度より大きいことをチェックするステップと、
前記車両の車速センサ(111)および1つまたは複数のCANラインを監視するステップと、
前記車速センサ(111)および前記1つまたは複数のCANラインにおける誤動作をチェックするステップと、
前記車速センサ(111)において、または前記1つまたは複数のCANラインにおいて誤動作が検出されたとき、前記スロットルモータ(105)を使用可能にするステップと、
前記車速センサ(111)および前記1つまたは複数のCANラインにおいて誤動作が検出されないとき、前記車両においてリンプホームモードを使用可能にするステップとを含む、請求項6に記載のスロットルモータ(105)を作動させるための方法。
