Claims (8)
- ベース基材と、フィルムシートに複数のセンサ電極と前記センサ電極に導通する複数の配線とを形成したセンサシートとを備えるセンサにおいて、
前記センサシートは、前記ベース基材の天面と側面に固着しており、
前記複数のセンサ電極を有する検知部と、
前記検知部から前記ベース基材の底面側に伸長し、前記複数の配線を有するテール部とを有しており、
前記テール部は、前記ベース基材の底面外縁に沿って接触しつつ前記ベース基材の底面に向けて前記テール部の基端部を折り曲げて形成される屈曲部を有しており、
前記屈曲部を通過する前記複数の配線は、前記屈曲部にある前記フィルムシートの外側屈曲面に形成されていることを特徴とするセンサ。 - 前記屈曲部を通過する前記複数の配線は、前記テール部の伸長方向に対する交差方向で並列に配置されており、少なくとも前記底面外縁と接触する前記テール部の屈曲接触位置にある1以上の前記配線が前記外側屈曲面に形成されている
請求項1記載のセンサ。 - 前記ベース基材と前記検知部は、センサ本体部を形成しており、
前記センサ本体部は、天面部と側面部とを有する立体形状である
請求項1又は請求項2記載のセンサ。 - 前記ベース基材は、少なくとも前記テール部の前記屈曲部側が平板形状であり、
前記底面外縁が前記ベース基材の前記底面の外縁部である
請求項1又は請求項2記載のセンサ。 - 前記底面外縁は、少なくとも前記屈曲部と対向位置する部分が円弧形状である
請求項1~請求項4何れか1項記載のセンサ。 - 前記複数のセンサ電極と前記複数の配線とを覆うレジスト層を有する
請求項1~請求項5何れか1項記載のセンサ。 - 前記複数のセンサ電極が静電容量変化を検出する静電容量センサ用電極である
請求項1~請求項6何れか1項記載のセンサ。 - 前記ベース基材は、
天面部と、
側面部とを有し、
前記検知部は、前記天面部と前記側面部とに積層して固着しており、
前記テール部は、前記ベース基材の前記側面部の底面外縁の位置で前記ベース基材の底面に向けて屈曲する屈曲部を有する
