Description
Claims (8)
- 少なくとも65%の水を含む水性微細藻類スラリーを取得する工程と、
前記水性微細藻類スラリーをエタノールと所定の時間混合する工程と、
水性微細藻類スラリー-エタノール混合物を液体及びミセラに分離する工程と、
前記液体から前記水及び前記エタノールを蒸発させて液体抽出物を得る工程と、を含み、
前記ミセラは、15乾燥重量%未満の量で有機物及び灰分と、少なくとも50wt%のタンパク質と、を含み、
前記水及び前記エタノールを蒸発させる工程は、
真空雰囲気下で熱を供給して最初に前記エタノール及び前記水を蒸発させる工程を含む、藻類から非毒性のタンパク質及びオメガ3を製造する方法。 - 前記液体抽出物は、オメガ3を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記液体抽出物は、20wt%を超えるオメガ3を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水性微細藻類スラリーに含まれる微細藻類は、6wt%未満のオメガ3を含み、前記方法は、
20wt%を超えるオメガ3を含む液体抽出物に到達するように前記液体抽出物を溶媒で精製する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - エタノールと微細藻類スラリーとの体積比は、少なくとも5:1である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱を、熱廃棄物の流れから供給する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱を、55℃~65℃の温度範囲で供給する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記真空を、75~125mbarで供給する、請求項1に記載の方法。
