Description
本発明の実施形態としては、以下の実施形態を挙げることができる。
(付記1)
燃料供給ステーション動作ユニットのうちの1つ以上における水素含有ガスの漏れ、沸騰、または通気に起因する二次水素が圧縮される電気化学式圧縮ユニットを備え、前記二次水素が、水素およびさらなる気体成分を含有する、車両タンクを水素で燃料供給するための統合型水素燃料供給ステーション。
(付記2)
収集され、前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットに移送される二次水素を生成する1つ以上の機械式水素圧縮ユニットを備える、付記1に記載の水素燃料供給ステーション。
(付記3)
収集され、前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットに移送される二次水素を生成する1つ以上の水素分配ユニットを備える、付記1に記載の水素燃料供給ステーション。
(付記4)
収集され、前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットに移送される二次水素を生成する1つ以上の水素輸送ラインを備える、付記1に記載の水素燃料供給ステーション。
(付記5)
前記二次水素が、25質量%~90質量%の量の水素を含有する、付記1に記載の水素燃料供給ステーション。
(付記6)
窒素が、前記二次水素中に含有される前記さらなる気体成分の50質量%以上を占める、付記1に記載の水素燃料供給ステーション。
(付記7)
前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットにおける圧縮後に得られる加圧水素中の水素の不純物レベルが、300ppm以下である、付記1に記載の水素燃料供給ステーション。
(付記8)
前記水素燃料供給ステーション動作ユニットのうちの1つ以上によって生成された前記二次水素を収集し、前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットに接続される、二次水素収集システムを備える、付記1に記載の水素燃料供給ステーション。
(付記9)
前記二次水素収集システムが、二次水素緩衝タンクを備える、付記8に記載の水素燃料供給ステーション。
(付記10)
前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットから得られた圧縮水素が、中間水素貯蔵容積に移送されるか、または高圧一次水素と結合される、付記1に記載の水素燃料供給ステーション。
(付記11)
車両タンクを水素で燃料供給するための水素燃料供給ステーションを動作させるための方法であって、前記燃料供給ステーション動作ユニットのうちの1つ以上における水素含有ガスの漏れ、沸騰、または通気に起因する二次水素が、電気化学式圧縮ユニットにおいて圧縮され、前記二次水素が、水素およびさらなる気体成分を含有する、方法。

1つ以上の機械式水素圧縮ユニットまたは1つ以上の水素分配ユニットによって生成された二次水素を収集することと、それを前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットに移送することと、を含む、付記11に記載の方法。
(付記13)
1つ以上の水素輸送ラインによって生成された二次水素を収集することと、それを前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットに移送することと、を含む、付記11に記載の方法。
(付記14)
前記二次水素が、25質量%~90質量%の量の水素を含有する、付記11に記載の方法。
(付記15)
窒素が、前記二次水素中に含有される前記さらなる気体成分の50質量%以上を占める、付記11に記載の方法。
(付記16)
前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットにおける圧縮後に得られる加圧水素中の水素の不純物レベルが、300ppm以下である、付記11に記載の方法。

前記水素燃料供給ステーション動作ユニットのうちの1つ以上によって生成された二次水素が、二次水素収集システムによって収集され、前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットに移送される、付記11に記載の方法。

前記二次水素収集システムが、二次水素緩衝タンクを備える、付記17に記載の方法。
(付記19)
前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットの入口から二次水素をパージすることを含む、付記11に記載の方法。
(付記20)
前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットから得られた圧縮水素が、中間水素貯蔵容積に移送されるか、または高圧一次水素と結合される、付記11に記載の方法。
Claims (19)
- 燃料供給ステーション動作ユニットのうちの1つ以上における水素含有ガスの漏れ、沸騰、または通気に起因する二次水素が圧縮される電気化学式圧縮ユニットを備え、前記二次水素が、水素およびさらなる気体成分を含有していて、収集され、前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットに移送される二次水素を生成する1つ以上の機械式水素圧縮ユニットを備える、車両タンクを水素で燃料供給するための統合型水素燃料供給ステーション。
- 収集され、前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットに移送される二次水素を生成する1つ以上の水素分配ユニットを備える、請求項1に記載の水素燃料供給ステーション。
- 収集され、前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットに移送される二次水素を生成する1つ以上の水素輸送ラインを備える、請求項1に記載の水素燃料供給ステーション。
- 前記二次水素が、25質量%~90質量%の量の水素を含有する、請求項1に記載の水素燃料供給ステーション。
- 窒素が、前記二次水素中に含有される前記さらなる気体成分の50質量%以上を占める、請求項1に記載の水素燃料供給ステーション。
- 前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットにおける圧縮後に得られる加圧水素中の水素の不純物レベルが、300ppm以下である、請求項1に記載の水素燃料供給ステーション。
- 前記燃料供給ステーション動作ユニットのうちの1つ以上によって生成された前記二次水素を収集し、前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットに接続される、二次水素収集システムを備える、請求項1に記載の水素燃料供給ステーション。
- 前記二次水素収集システムが、二次水素緩衝タンクを備える、請求項7に記載の水素燃料供給ステーション。
- 前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットから得られた圧縮水素が、中間水素貯蔵容積に移送されるか、または高圧一次水素と結合される、請求項1に記載の水素燃料供給ステーション。
- 車両タンクを水素で燃料供給するための水素燃料供給ステーションを動作させるための方法であって、燃料供給ステーション動作ユニットのうちの1つ以上における水素含有ガスの漏れ、沸騰、または通気に起因する二次水素が、電気化学式圧縮ユニットにおいて圧縮され、前記二次水素が、水素およびさらなる気体成分を含有していて、1つ以上の機械式水素圧縮ユニットによって生成された二次水素を収集することと、収集された二次水素を前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットに移送することと、を含む、方法。
- 1つ以上の水素分配ユニットによって生成された二次水素を収集することと、それを前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットに移送することと、を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 1つ以上の水素輸送ラインによって生成された二次水素を収集することと、それを前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットに移送することと、を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記二次水素が、25質量%~90質量%の量の水素を含有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 窒素が、前記二次水素中に含有される前記さらなる気体成分の50質量%以上を占める、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットにおける圧縮後に得られる加圧水素中の水素の不純物レベルが、300ppm以下である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記燃料供給ステーション動作ユニットのうちの1つ以上によって生成された二次水素が、二次水素収集システムによって収集され、前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットに移送される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記二次水素収集システムが、二次水素緩衝タンクを備える、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットの入口から二次水素をパージすることを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記電気化学式圧縮ユニットから得られた圧縮水素が、中間水素貯蔵容積に移送されるか、または高圧一次水素と結合される、請求項10に記載の方法。
