Claims (15)
- 電池管理システム、駆動モジュール、第2のスイッチモジュール、および、加熱可能な電池パックN個を含む加熱可能な電池システムにおいて、前記加熱可能な電池パックは、電池、第1のスイッチモジュールおよびヒータを含み、前記電池、前記第1のスイッチモジュールおよび前記ヒータは直列に接続されて加熱回路を形成し、そのうち、前記第1のスイッチモジュールが駆動信号を受信すると前記加熱回路を接続し、Nが1より大きい整数であり、前記駆動モジュールが駆動信号を出力するために用いられ、
前記電池管理システムは、各々の前記電池パックの検出端と前記第2のスイッチモジュールの制御端にそれぞれ接続され、各々の前記電池パックにおける第1のスイッチモジュールの制御端はいずれも前記第2のスイッチモジュールを介して前記駆動モジュールに接続されていることを特徴とする、加熱可能な電池システム。 - 前記加熱可能な電池パックは、さらに手動スイッチを含み、前記手動スイッチは、前記加熱回路に直列に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の加熱可能な電池システム。
- 前記加熱可能な電池パックは、さらに電流センサーを含み、前記電流センサーは、前記加熱回路に直列に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の加熱可能な電池システム。
- 前記第1のスイッチモジュールが低電圧リレーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の加熱可能な電池システム。
- 前記電池、前記第1のスイッチモジュールおよび前記ヒータは、低電圧ハーネスで直列に接続されて加熱回路を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の加熱可能な電池システム。
- 前記低電圧ハーネスは、前記加熱可能な電池パックが元々備える低電圧ハーネスに統合されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の加熱可能な電池システム。
- 前記電池管理システム、前記駆動モジュールおよび前記第2のスイッチモジュールは、いずれも高電圧ボックスにおける回路板に統合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の加熱可能な電池システム。
- 前記第2のスイッチモジュールは、低電圧リレーであることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の加熱可能な電池システム。
- 前記電池管理システムは、加熱可能な電池パックにおけるヒータにより電池を加熱する必要があると確定すると、前記第2のスイッチモジュールを閉じるために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の加熱可能な電池システム。
- 前記電池管理システムは、前記加熱可能な電池パックにおける電流センサーに接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の加熱可能な電池システム。
- 前記電池管理システムは、前記電流センサーにより測定された電流の大きさに基づいて前記加熱可能な電池パックにおける電池の現在の充電量を計算し、前記加熱可能な電池パックにおけるヒータにより電池を加熱する必要があり、且つ前記電池の現在の充電量が予め設定された閾値よりも大きいと判断した場合、前記第2のスイッチモジュールを閉じるために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の加熱可能な電池システム。
- 前記電池管理システムは、さらに、加熱回路の電流が予め設定された電流よりも大きいと判定した場合、前記第2のスイッチモジュールを切断することにより、前記第1のスイッチモジュールを間接的に切断するために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の加熱可能な電池システム。
- 前記駆動モジュールが提供される供給電圧と、直列に接続された前記加熱可能な電池パックにおけるヒータの個数とが互いに一致していることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の加熱可能な電池システム。
- 前記加熱可能な電池パックにおけるヒータは、前記加熱可能な電池パックが元々備える低圧インターフェースを介して引き出されて第1のスイッチモジュールの制御端の低電圧ハーネスに接続され、前記低電圧ハーネスの他端は第2のスイッチモジュールを介して駆動モジュールに接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の加熱可能な電池システム。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の加熱可能な電池システムを含むことを特徴とする、車両。
