Claims (20)
- 本体部と少なくとも1つの突出部とを備える電極シートを含む電極アセンブリであって、
前記本体部は、金属基材と前記金属基材の表面に塗布された活物質層とを含み、前記突出部は前記金属基材に接続され、前記電極アセンブリの長手方向に沿って前記金属基材から突出しており、
前記電極アセンブリの厚さ方向において、前記突出部の少なくとも一部のサイズは、前記金属基材のサイズより大きく、
前記突出部は、本体部と導電部品とを含み、前記突出部の本体部と前記導電部品とは、前記厚さ方向に沿って積層するように設置されており、
前記突出部の本体部、前記金属基材及び前記導電部品は、同じ材質であり、且つ、前記突出部は、前記金属基材と一体的に設置されており、又は、
前記導電部品と前記突出部の本体部とは、異なる材質であり、且つ前記導電部品の抵抗率は、前記突出部の本体部の抵抗率より小さい、電極アセンブリ。 - 前記突出部の本体部のサイズは、前記厚さ方向において、前記金属基材のサイズに等しい、請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。

- 前記突出部の本体部の前記活物質層に近接する根元には保護層が設置され、前記導電部品と前記突出部の本体部との溶接領域は、前記保護層と間隔を空けて設置されている、請求項8に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記突出部の本体部は、溶断部を有する、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記電極アセンブリは、前記厚さ方向に沿って積層するように設置された2つ以上の前記電極シートを含む、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記電極アセンブリの幅方向に沿った前記突出部のサイズは、L1であり、前記幅方向に沿った前記電極シートのサイズは、L2であり、L1とL2は、1/3L2≦L1≦3/4L2を満たす、請求項11に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記幅方向に沿った前記突出部のサイズL1は、15ミリメートル~60ミリメートルである、請求項12に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記電極アセンブリの前記長手方向に沿った前記電極シートのサイズは、L3であり、前記電極アセンブリの幅方向に沿った前記電極シートのサイズは、L2であり、L3とL2は、L3/L2の比の範囲が4~20であることを満たす、請求項11に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記金属基材の2つの表面の前記活物質層の容量の合計Cは、3Ahより大きく、10Ahより小さい、請求項11~14のいずれか1項に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 請求項1~15のいずれか1項に記載の電極アセンブリを含む、電池セル。
- 請求項16に記載の電池セルを含む、電池。
- 電気エネルギーを供給する請求項17に記載の電池を含む、電力消費装置。
- 第1の部分と第2の部分とを有する第1のシート材料を供給するステップと、
前記第1の部分の表面に活物質層を塗布する塗布ステップと、
第2のシート材料を供給し、前記第2のシート材料を前記第2の部分に接続するステップと、
前記第2のシート材料と前記第2の部分とにおける一部の材料を除去し、本体部と少なくとも1つの突出部とを含む電極シートを形成し、前記本体部は、前記活物質層と前記活物質層に対応する金属基材とを含み、前記金属基材に接続された前記突出部の少なくとも一部の厚さは前記金属基材の厚さより大きく、前記突出部は、本体部と当該本体部に接続された導電部品とを含み、前記第2の部分の残りの部分は、前記突出部の本体部を形成し、前記第2のシート材料の残りの部分は前記導電部品を形成する材料除去ステップと、
前記電極シートを巻回又は積層して電極アセンブリを形成し、前記突出部は、前記電極アセンブリの長手方向に沿って前記金属基材から突出する成形ステップと、を含む、電極アセンブリの製造方法。 - 第1の部分と第2の部分とを有する第1のシート材料を供給する第1の材料処理装置と、
前記第1の部分の表面に活物質層を塗布する塗布装置と、
第2のシート材料を供給し、前記第2のシート材料を前記第2の部分に接続する第2の材料処理装置と、
前記第2のシート材料と前記第2の部分とにおける一部の材料を除去し、本体部と少なくとも1つの突出部とを含む電極シートを形成し、前記本体部は、前記活物質層と前記活物質層に対応する金属基材とを含み、前記金属基材に接続された前記突出部の少なくとも一部の厚さは前記金属基材の厚さより大きく、前記突出部は、本体部と当該本体部に接続された導電部品とを含み、前記第2の部分の残りの部分は、前記突出部の本体部を形成し、前記第2のシート材料の残りの部分は前記導電部品を形成する材料除去装置と、
前記電極シートを巻回又は積層して電極アセンブリを形成し、前記突出部は、前記電極アセンブリの長手方向に沿って前記金属基材から突出する成形装置と、を含む、電極アセンブリの製造デバイス。
